I have also just purchased from these people. I paid over £70 for 2 advent calendars and got 2 LFC calendars not the 2 I ordered. When I contacted them I got the "After checking the website that you purchased on, we found..." response from Allina (CY Network). I have responded saying how ridiculous that is but got no further reply yet. After reading this I don't know how to continue.
I ordered the same item and ended up here — seeing your complaint — as I have begun to suspect scam because I have never received anything.
Your comment along with the above complaints should, I hope, help me resolve my issue eventually.
Be sure to thoroughly review your PayPal and/or bank account, as I — after purchasing from this company — suddenly had several charges from Chinese companies I’ve never heard of. About 3-4 charges ranging from very small (under $1.00. Probably checking to see if card was valid) to up to $80.
Obviously, I had to report to my bank and cancel my card entirely.

These people are running a few stores that are a scam. I have had the same responses, even from the same people, and they will string you along for eternity without resolve. The store I'm aware of are named housespirites.com, Best gift.com, martmean.com, and olacondo.com. spread the word that these people are 100% fraudulent and they will take your money without hesitation. China is a big place and they are not scared of repercussions for their crimes.
