Cutecamcase.com review: They are ripping off US citizens who are hard work 2

On June 9, 2011 I placed an order for 1 Hand Painted Ruffle Triple Scarf (their merchandise does not have a code number) for a total of $24.99 paid by my check No. 557 for the scarf and shipping cost. Upon not receiving my goods I contacted the company with an address at 270 Redwood Shores Parkway, Redwood City, Ca. [protected] - tel. [protected]-8407and spoke to a lady by the name of Christine, who was very defensive, rude and agressive. She tried to convince me that she shipped the scarf to me on July 2 - and that my name is Donald McGrath - P. O.Box 40872 - Portland, OR [protected]. I am very much a women with children and grand children, and my name is not Donald mcGrath and I have lived in New York for the past 30 years and have never been to Oregon. Thereafter I sent her the back and front of my cancelled check, deposited in the Bank of America on June 20, 2011 - she also placed an additional name on my check, followed by cutecamcase: SUWEN LIU. I sent Christina my cancelled check by registered mail No. [protected] - with return receipt request. US Postal track confirmed delivery to Cutecamcase on July 25th.

In view of the foregoing, I have sent numerous email and telephone calls to said company, however, no response either to my emails or telephone calls. I realize that $24.99 is not the end of my financial world, however, I am bringing this matter directly to whoever is in charge of this company, because it is evident that they are ripping off US citizens who are hard work, they will not get away with it.
