I am writing to cancel reservation number: CS080822-011-RTC And to request a full refund prompt of the $598.00
We originally planning on going to Koloa, Hi in Feb 2023. Was told this would not be problem and was given the names of several resorts on the Island.
1. Landing Resort @ Poipu
2. Grand Kauai
3. Omao Ranch Lands
The certificate was for up to 4 Travelers- Original purchase 8/8/22.
When I called to book was told someone would have to call me back. I finally received a call from
Chris [protected] He said they no longer have any accommodations available on the Island.
That we could stay on Honolulu Island. Not ideal but, I was willing to make it work. But when I got the offer the accommodations were for only 2 people not the original 4 people. At that point it became unacceptable. I tried to call Chris back but, have been unable to reach him. I also tried reaching out to your customer service department only to be hung up on.
I expect a prompt refund of our $598.00. I will follow up in 10 days if no response I will be reaching out
to the Better Business Bureau.

Cancellation of reservation number: CS080822-011-RTC And to request a full refund prompt of the $598.00. See previous letter dated Dec 5, 2022 included. Mailed on Dec 2, 2022 to address list on the bottom of the second certificate. Which states: You may cancel this contract without any penalty or obligation within 30 days from date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. Address on contract: CUSTOMER SERVICE NETWORK GROUP AT 2455 E. SUNRISE BLVD., FORT LAUDERDALE, FL 33304. As you can see from returned mail this was returned unable to deliver.
So, I again called the company and finally spoke to Andrew on 12/15/2022 from the c/s department. He said his supervisor would call me back on 12/16/22 as he was the only one that could issue me a refund. And if I didn’t get a call back to ask for him. When I called, I was told Andrew couldn’t take my call they don’t transfer. When I tried to explain to the woman why I was calling she again hung up on me. I called back to only get hung up on again immediately. So, I had my husband call back and he was hung up on.
