In May 2019, we had an iron custom double door installed. The finish is now fading on portions of both doors (not the entire door.) On 9/14/22 I called Tuscan Iron, explained my problem and asked if they would repair the finish. Christina asked me to send photos of the door and they would get back to me. I sent the attached photos immediately. On 9/16, Christina told me someone in management would get back to me. As of today, (11/28) I have NOT heard back from anyone. I've sent multiple emails and made several phone calls to them, only to be told someone would get back to me. To date they have not returned my emails or my calls. I'm asking that the door be refinished by Tuscan. I would think a $6,277.00 iron door should hold a finish longer that 3 years.
