I have had a very positive experience with Curadebt. Mr. James Freeman has been my debt counselor and is very knowledgeable and honest regarding the help Curadebt can provide. He has really gone above and beyond to help me, staying in touch throughout the process but not being pushy and overwhelming. I've also appreciated the legal help provided with this company. Again, they stay in contact and make sure I'm not being hassled by the debtors. If you are able to request a specific counselor, I highly recommend Mr Freeman.

I was swimming in debt, more like drowning, so I did a web search for debt consolidation and came across CuraDebt. They had great credentials. My debt consultant was Jim (James) Freeman. He was so courteous and professional and worked so hard to find the best program for me. He was super easy to talk to, was always available when I needed him and explained the process so I perfectly understood what my options were. I am now on my way to being debt free, and it is all thanks to Jim at CuraDebt. I would recommend their company and service to anyone.

It took a lot of soul-searching to come to a decision to seek debt settlement and Zach F. from Curadebt was there every step of the way. He was empathetic to my plight and took a couple of months answering my questions, running numbers, and explaining the options available to me. He was patient and informative and I never felt like I was being forced into a decision, or being offered a solution that did not fit my problem. Their fees are reasonable, they offered me several options which allowed me to make an educated decision that fit my needs and didn't put more stress on my family, and the service is excellent. No one ever wants to find themselves in need of these services, but Curadebt is shows humanity, is without personal judgement, and delivers.

I was a little concerned when first enrolling in this program. Prior to finding Curadebt, I had spoken with other debt relief companies, and they always made me feel worse than I already did. When I would express concerns about not being able to meet the monthly payment they suggested, they would either stop contact with me or try to scare me into accepting their offer. But then I found Curadebt and Zac Fussner. He took the time to clearly explain everything to me, as well as my options so that I could stay within my budget. He has been extremely responsive any time that I've reached out. I know that I am not the only person that these reps are working with, but Zac definitely made me feel like I was the most important. I'm only in the beginning stages of the program; however, it is nice to finally see a light at the end of the tunnel.

CuraDebt was actually the second debt consolidation service I contacted. The first service I contacted had great reviews but I was disappointed when I found the customer service representatives to be impersonal and not really responsive to my needs. They just didn't seem to take much personal interest in my situation and basically said "Here's the best (and only) deal we can offer you, take it or leave it." When I called CuraDebt it was a whole different story. Zac Fussner my CuraDebt counselor seemed to genuinely want to help from the first step onwards. I told him what my requirements were and what my budget would allow me to pay on a monthly basis and he immediately came back with a plan that met my requirements and worked for me. He was also available to answer any questions I had in setting up the debt settlements. It was almost too easy. Great job, Zac and CuraDebt... I think y'all saved me.
