Cultural Care Au Pair review: Disappointing au pair, once again

We are currently on our 6th au pair and the au pairs we've had in the past we pretty good, I felt like they were another family member, and really contributed to our household even when they weren't working. Our last 2 au pairs through cultural care au pair have just spent almost all their free time in their room with the door closed and have been pretty lazy. They have left food all over the basement despite the fact that we've told them multiple times that they will get mice down there if they leave food around. They make little to no effort to spend time with the family when they are not working and then expect to be treated like they are part of the family, being included on family vacations. Our current au pair is a pretty good driver and is honest but our prior au pair was a terrible, scary driver and lied a lot. Have the standards in this program gone down in an effort to raise profits?
