Cullen and Full Circle LLC review: Refrigerant line sets

I purchased 5 refrigerant line sets that were 1/2x1/4x50ft, at least that’s how the description seemed to represent. I recieved 5 - 1/4 x30ft single refrigerant lines. The company rep said he looked up the part number and what I purchased was correct, 1/4 inch line 1/2inch insulation, wouldn’t discuss it just said bye. This company has deceptive marketing practices and you cannot trust their descriptions, you had better hope ther is a model number and you’ve liked it up. Don’t trust these people, the description was crafted to sell a single line as 2-50ft lines in one box, and I was charged as much as the dual lines from other dealers. Save your money, run, don’t walk from this company.
