The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I have always been a CTV Channel 12 viewer and enjoy the selections of programs with one exception. The American Idol program that is on channel 12 on Wednesday evenings does not have the result show the following night, which is on Fox Network. It seems that you titillate us with the competition on Wednesday evening only to have us tune in to another station the following night for the results. We, your audience do not want to wait for the result to be telecast the next Saturday at 4:00pm by your channel, when the results can be viewed live on Fox. Many of us are turning away from your station for that reason alone. Radio stations inform the public of who is voted off, the next day. So why should we, your devoted watchers have to wait for Saturday to watch this show that is old news to us by then?

It is unbelievable that such an informative, unique and interesting program such as "Tru Tv's In session" was removed from the Canadian viewers.
We have been watching the live trials for over 20 years and it was suddenly replaced by the ID channel, which is nothing but repeats from other multiple channels.
There are many reality and sports channels being aired, why not cancel one of those channels and let the fans of the live trials once again enjoy something they want to watch.
If anyone is interested please come and join us on our facebook page, there are a lot of unhappy viewers there with a lot to say. (google us under facebook Tru Tv to find us.)

Our flat LG T V has been not working since lat two months and the complaint has given to the 'sincere service"a no. of times.by phone calls and also through mails.., but they are not giving a bit of response to.our words.once their mechanic has arrived in our house..but he couldn't rectify the mistake.and he took the TV board along with him.after wards there was no news about him.
We are a good custmer of lg.and we believe that lg has a good services.so i think u would take a fast action on it...
