Crunch Fitnesswrong charge

My name is Jennifer Samonta,

I was billed wrong a yearly fee at Crunch Carlsbad, I contacted Crunch manager Brad Moser, who mentioned that he would take care of refunding this amount and I would see it in less than 10 days. I t has been over 45 days!! I contacted him again but He doesnt seem to care.
I have proof of the charge that was wrong, and his emails saying he would refund me. I find very unprofessional what is happening here.

Please take care of this and get back to me asap.
