Cresent Depot review: Refund

I don't know if you can help me or not. I paid cresent depot 89.00 for a 3 months of service. I turned it off before the first 30 days was up. I ask for 2 months of that money back. they won't send it to me. I am a senior and I can't believe this company would keep peoples money like this. I am going to send you my emails I have sent to them:this is the first one and notice there was no response:

just checked and my service and it is still on. I went back to fubo sunday the 28th. the firestick would not show the nascar race and I am afraid it won't show football this season. so cancel my account and refund my last two payments july and august and I will throw this firestick in a drawer or if you want to refund the payment for the stick I will send it back. just let me knowwhat you want. thanks a lot. the 3rd one is:Re: cancel

my service is now off but I paid for three months and I only used one of the three. I would like to get the 2 payments back I did'nt use. this is what I am asking for because I only used 1 month. thank you. the next one is where I turned fubo on. its at the bottom of my billing notice and at the top it says my next payment is due on the 29th.
