I moved into the home in May 2022. The water leak was readily apparent. After a month of no action I went to management and indicated that unless it was repaired within a week I would go to the Board of Health. A contractor came out that week and "repaired" the leak. They left the siding open so that the ground would "dry out". The hole they had to dig was approximately 4' deep and 10' round under my living room.

After a few weeks I called management to see when they were going to fill in the hole and close the skirting. A contractor came out and in the process of "filling in" the hold caused another major leak (December 15th 2022). That leak was repaired and the hole filled with the wet earth. The dirt level is approximately 6 inches below the house supports and about 6 to 8 inches from the actual supports. I sent management a picture from under the house (attached). I asked management to level the home due to ghosting doors etc.

After the home was leveled, I now have a loud metallic creaking noise along one side of the living room. This loud noise reverberates throughout the home when someone walks in that area.

I spoke to the management both in person (twice) and left voice messages about the problem. They tell me that unless the floor is collapsing they will do nothing about it.

My home is now uncomfortable to walk around in due to the loud noise. I hate being there.

Desired outcome: Repair the problem and fill the hole under the house up completely.
