Crazy Driver 8/6/22 review: Delivery driver

If you have a driver who was on the approximate address of 888 O' Farrell St San Francisco on 8/6/22 in the the mid afternoon, driver was blocking the road while doing a delivery. I honked at driver, who then chased me, driving radically, tailing and gating me for serveral blocks.

The following is the license plate with description. The 4th character of the license plate is either a K, w or M.
