Today is May10, 2011. I purchased a SYS3 aircon on last Friday, after the selection, the sales guide me to his computer and told me the installation can be done on Monday, they planned to install 32 on that day, and there was 1 slot left, so I chose it without doubt. Although the company claim guaranteed next day delivery and on their hotline, they claim deliver 7days a week. But the sales told me they don't deliver/install on Sunday. They are cheating!
So after I chose my installation date, I proceeded to counter for payment, I paid full amount by creadit card and received a tax invoice, which dated on 6 May 11, and with a proposed delivery date 9 May 11. However, yesterday, 9 May 11, I received a phone call from the sales person said they just realised May 7 was a polling day (please take note, they realised the polling 2days after it), and hence they can't make the delivery on May 9th. Oh yes, this is the commitment from a company who commited to deliver 7days a week. They are cheating! They are cheater!
And today, now it is 3:58, I called to the hot line# [protected] three times, first time at around 10AM to ask when they will deliver and install, and I was responded by they will call me soon; at 12PM I made another call to check when they will give me update of the delivery status, and was told they will come back to me soon; at around 2PM I made another call and was told the same. At 3PM+ when I was in a conference call with my manager, there was somebody call me and didn't give me any result but said they made mistake and can't install today. I have to hand off as I was too angry to say anything and also I have to speak with my manager. My wife came back at 6PM and tried to call the hotline again, and she was told it will be installed on 12th, oh dear! That means I have to wait for another 2days.. My father is getting fever because recent few days are too hot and I was take leave at home for one day already.. What should I do? It is really bad experience with Courts, who committed delivery 7days a week, and in the store they say garanteed next day delivery! They don't feel shame with that!

I also what to comment how bad is Courts AirCon installation.
They are a fraud, scam.
20A Isolator = 350$... THIS COST 30$ anywhere.
Then the contractor came and i told him where i want the aircon, he quote something that was the worst [censored] work ever made, where instead of send the pipes outside my house he pipe my entire room, still wonder WHY.
He also quote that i need much more capacity BTU than the one i really need. They are very dishonest and the only goal is to hide the installation cost in a "isolator" or some other stupid thing. Don't trust them, because AFAIK if you dont know much about A.C they will overcharge you a lot. The survey is only about how much you know about what you gonna do and to examine in which term they can bill you the installation in a hidden way.
Very dishonest service, that booked a delivery on a day but makes no sense. Don't get caught by the "free installation" is just a scam.

I will never buy any products from courts; I got an air con system 3 EuropeACE with extended warranty; i paid abt $500 for that extended warranty. 2.5 yrs later the Air con starts breaking down. Pipe being installed started leaking for past 1 year (every 2-3 months) once. extended warranty repairer song kwang was inefficient and tardy; It takes them two week to source the parts; air cond break down again within the next 6mths and tell users everything in order; break down again within next few days; this time tell courts extended warranty that they are ordering parts which is not made known to the user; came and replaced the parts. again - then quoted that PCI is spoilt. PCI is spoilt - needs to replace . the extended warranty takes more than a week and parts still in queue; the pipe that was leaking for more than a year( every 2-3 month once) for past 1 year along with air con not cold. the technician keep saying is pipe dirty ( chemical wash done along with servicing 3x for a year) and unable to diagnose the issue; The extended warranty purchased from courts is really useless for air con and their servicing technician engaged by courtsis a nightmare .

This is the 2nd complaint I want to raised with regard to my panasonic aircon on extended warranty service. It has been more than 2 month since i arranged for my aircon repair. I am also very disappointed with panasonic product. My aircon was installed for barely 11 mths the fancoil fan motor is down.

After 1st diagnosis, the repair man told me that he has to purchase spare parts and will come for 2nd time to replace the parts. He said his office will called me for the 2nd visit when the spare part is ready. After 2 weeks of waiting, i called courts to find out and realized that the maintenance contractor had not update courts the status of my aircon. Courts made the 2nd appointment with me which was 2 weeks later on a Saturday. On the day of 2nd appointment which was supposed to be between 3 to 6pm, i waited tilll 5pm and the maintenance contractor called to change the appointment to suit their time which is a weekday. Out of no choice my husband took a day leave from work to suit the contractor time which was on a Monday, between 10am to 12noon which i had emphazied to courts that we have appointment for lunch and have to leave the house by 12pm. On that Monday, the contractor rang my husband at 9.35am to comfirm our service appointment is between 10am to 12pm. We waited till 11.45am. The repair man called us to check whether our service appointment is confirmed. We felt very frustrated with their kind of attitude. I called up courts customer service and a guy answered my call promised to call me back to explain the situation but he did not. Apparently, the repair man came at 12pm. Then when he wanted to replace the fan motor, he realized that he was given a wrong motor from the office. He carried out diagnoistic check again till 1.40pm. Finally he told us that the new motor cannot be used for my fan coil. What a heck is this! After playing us out for the waiting time and leave taken to entertain the maintenance contractor and cancelled our lunch appointment we ended up with all the ### reasons!
The contractor office told us that they need 6 weeks to order the fan motor! We have waited for the past 1 month because of the contractor fault and now we have to forgive their 2nd mistake to bite on the 6 weeks + the time they are going to drag before coming down to replace the fan motor!
Overall we had wasted 3 months due to our stupid sense to purchased the aircon from courts and we ended with all the ###!
I have totally lost trust with courts and panasonic products!
