Countertop and Cabinet review: Granite quality and installation

We contracted with this company on July 12, 2022 to provide and install granite for the kitchen counters. On August 4, 2022, the granite was installed.

The granite was installed with uneven and rough edges, holes in the granite, glue(or something rough) on the granite, silicone ceiling that shows, and cracks in other places. The granite is gritty all the time which makes me question the quality of granite we received. It matters not have you wipe it, it is still gritty.

I contacted the owner and he said that the cracks were left in case I wanted to do a backsplash and that he would bring me some different colored corking. He has yet to come to see the kind of job his workers did. I called and left messages several times before he called me back at all. I texted him about the problem and I have not heard back from him. I forward pictures of what I was talking about and he has yet to respond.

I am seeking resolution to these problems. I would not recommend this company.
