Cotral Bus Lines review: unethical behavior from drivers 1

This is one of the worst bus companies I have ever dealt with. They routinely ignore customers on the route and don't stop to pick you up. The buses are dirty and not kept up. The drivers are rude and don't give you information as to how to get around or where things are located on their route. At the Rome FCO airport, there isn't even a timetable posted anywhere to tell you when the next bus is coming or departing. Completely mismanaged. I had to ask multiple people at the airport where the bus picks up, and there isn't even a sign on the sidewalk where it stops. There are no bus maps or route schedules on the buses themselves. You ask anybody when the bus comes, and they just shrug their shoulders and say it will get here eventually. Unbelievable. I have filed a complaint w/this company to not even be responded to and ignored. I don't know how this company stays in business and is not shut down by the government for the abuse they are inflicting on the public.
