On July 13, 2022, Core Energy Group contracted Solgen Construction company to put panels on our roof. On August 18th, 2022, the city came out to do the inspection & it failed big time. He told us not to flip the switch or it would over load the electrical panel box.
Since then, we've tried many many times to contact both companies. Finally on October 19th, 2022, the sales agent Parker Nelson called us. All he was concerned with is the money that we are not paying for solar. We put a stop payment on the auto payments on October 11th, 2022.
The finance company, Mosaic, filed a fraud complaint today October 24th, 2022. We not sure where to go from here. We had to turn on our AC many times without using solar. So our PG&E bill has gone up.
Desired outcome: Outcome: we would like to use our solar. But we do not trust Solgen Construction to fix it. For all of our stress that these companies have put us through, they can give us the solar at no charge.
