I would suggest that they are best avoided.
I initially contacted these people as I wished to find an old friend. I gave them enough information and they kept insisting on calling me, despite the fact that I had told them I was at work (I work in a very sensitive business). I did not receive a response after asking them again to email me a price. I then started looking into them and found the owner is VERY young and could not possibly have the 40 years of experience that they claim to have. I also discovered that they have only been in business since May 2021 with his firm and started another firm/website in 2020, which is no longer trading - also interesting to note that they were offering somewhat shady services via that website. All in all, my experience with these people was far from satisfactory and it may well be that the posts on here from so called happy clients, are in fact, simply written by this business. I will not be giving them any work, will be reporting them to the relevant authorities and would suggest that they are best avoided.
UPDATE
I have just checked their claimed SIA licence and it would seem that there are only two registered individuals by the name of the owner of this outfit:
1 is registered to do door work (bouncer).
2. Is registered to use public CCTV.
NEITHER are registered to conduct close protection of security work. More lies it seems. Trading Standards are already looking into them.
I am so glad that I am not alone (kind of). I felt so stupid after giving these people my money. I received a short report with an address, an address that is ten years out of date! I asked for my money back and got so much abuse! This person, Ashley Cooper, needs locking up. I have reported him to The Police, so hopefully it won't be too long!
I was ripped of by these people. Ashley Cooper, the boy who runs this cowboy outfit, is 29 years old and yet, he claims to have 40 years of experience... doesn't add up does it! A complete fraudster!
Cooper Investigations Ltd are a scam organisation run by Ashley Cooper. He claims to have 40 years of experience, but he is ONLY 29 years old! He writes his own FAKE 5-star reviews on Trustpilot and is currently being investigated by Trading Standards for fraudulent activity - AVOID!
My wife was ripped off to the sum of 500 quid by Ashley Cooper of Cooper Investigations ltd. Avoid them at ALL costs. The 5-star reviews on their trust pilot are ALL fake!
