I was a Cookie Lee consultant for a few years (although I didn't sell much) as I was not really pleased with their shipping policies. After all, I was selling their products yet I had to pay all shipping costs (of which I always let them know how I felt). Even if I had to return product that came faulty, I had to pay shipping both ways which I thought was very unfair and just wrong. Therefore I ended my relationship with them. Recently I received a letter stating I had a $60.00 credit from product I had return (that was faulty when I received it) and they were sold out so it left me with a credit that I had completely forgotten about as it was about 1 year ago. (They had never reminded me of this) So they told me to pick out product in exchange of the credit which I was fine with until they wanted my credit card...you guessed it...to charge me for a $3.00 shipping fee! I told them it was their fault I had to ship their faulty product back to them and I had already paid shipping on it...2 times (as the buyer lived out of town) and was not going to pay it a third! They said that this is my only option. I cannot transfer my credit to a friend I know who sells Cookie Lee, I cannot have a cash back refund...only merchandise that I have to pay the shipping on! I asked them if they were willing to leave me with a bad taste in my mouth for only $3.00 and they so as much said yes! How pathedic and petty! I have never heard of any company that you have to pay shipping on their product that you are selling for them...especially if they send you faulty product. I am appalled at this company and VERY HAPPY I LEFT. I try to let everyone I know just what a cheap company this is and how they treat their consultants! Pathedic...just Pathedic! To make it right...the fair thing to do is allow me use my credit with shipping on them...after all ...its only $3.00 It doesn't take that much energy to bad mouth them and I have no problem spreading the word!

I had very bitter experience with cookie lee. In 2008 Iwas registered become a consultant at coolie lee, I did pay membership and I got some of the accesories, when I realized that I'm not success to sell cookie lee accesories I did return all the accesories and all that i got when i just become consultant, before i was tell to send the list of what i will return, soon after the agreed I did return all. I understand that cookie lee will charged me the re-stock and i agree about that, what really make me pase off is, when i got my money back, they give me much less than what i suppose to receive. They told me that I didn't send all the accesories as the list i did send them before, when i ask which accesories they didn't received they said can't give me info about that. For me it doesn't make sense at all that they received the accescories partially, while i sent it the whole thing. Another thing is cookie lee ask me to pay tax on the shipping, while the trading law is tax only apply to the merchandise not shipping. I write this now, because I just find this webhb site now. I learn something, if later on in the future i decide to have bussiness i have to know that the company is reliable and physically exist in the city where i live, to avoid problem that i have with cookie lee.

In my two years with Cookie Lee, my returns have been few and far between. In our group, we bring our returns to our leadership meetings. The leader pays the shipping and we get the repaired or replaced item shipped at Cookie Lee's cost. If there is ever a problem, the consultant's upline should be able to help with a solution. Concerns should be brought to the attention of the Corporate office. I hope you'll consider contacting the appropriate entity for a resolution.

I just started Cookie Lee and have been very happy with the service they provide. I have indeed returned a couple of pieces for minor repair and did not have to pay for the return shipment. I am very satisfied with the jewelry and my clients are excited to know that just like a normal company if there is a defect on the merchandise we can return and exchange. Sorry you had a bad experience.
