Received a phone message and I asked for phone number to call back. I was hung up on. Called again, received a female. I asked to find out who called me as they hung up and she gave me a sales pitch that they use insurance companies like State Farm to save me money. I asked to take my name off of their call list and she hung up on me. I called again and hung up, I called again and was hung up on, I called again and spoke with the same female and I asked for supervisor and she hung up on me. I called a final time and the number is "not in service" although five minutes ago it was.

I don't appreciate getting hung up on, I don't appreciate being harassed or mistreated on the phone. This occurred today 8-6-18 at 5:20-5:35 time frame.

I’ve received over 15 calls in the last two days from these people. I have received calls in the past and I requested that they put me on there do not call list, I continue to get phone calls. I have filed complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Ohio, the Attorney General of Ohio, and the national do not call register.

Random unsolicited calls on my cell phone, nonetheless. I asked for her company name and mailing address. She dodged my question and began reading her speech. She said well I am calling with Consumer Insurance Association, we represent blah, blah, blah companies to save you money on your insurance. I said I don't care, I asked for your company name and mailing address, because by law, you have no right to call my cell phone. Then she quickly said oh we'll remove your number and hung up. These people are nothing but SCAM artists---there is no company by this name anywhere on the web, except on pages like this. Do not give them any personal information, unless you want your identity stolen!

I actually tried to cooperate with them by answering their questions then I found out that they are legit they have transferred me to licence insurance agent in my local area and to my surprise I got offered a lower insurance rate.
