I ordered Amazon Pallet as posted on facebook which has a yellow sign that says "Amazon Pallet only for $1.95" I tried and placed the order using my card on September 29, 2022 but I was charged the amount of $19.95 instead of $1.95. Order Number [protected], The order was around between 11:00 -12noon. On their Order Confirmation shows 09/29/2022 03:46pm. Todate, I have not received the order.

Please see attachment #1 - in the amount of $19.95

Also at the same time I was automatically charged the same amount of $6.95 Order Number [protected] where I have not even authorized but was charged to my card at the same time. See attachment #2 below

Also I have taken snap shots of the post that was actually on FB...

Desired outcome: I want my money back onto my card in other words I want a refund or credit to my account that was used for both $19.95 and $6.95.Your prompt attention to this issue would be greatly appreciated.Thank you.Elsa Weber
