Consumer Care Direct review: Extended Warranty

I bought a policy with Endurance. I recently had a a/c breakdown. The diagnosis from BMW is the AC evaporator that cost $5000. I found out that with my "GOLD Policy" that part is not covered. Endurance tells me that my policy was with a second party Consumer Care Direct. Also, I am not eligible for a policy upgrade because of the type of model of BMW. Please do not buy from this company. They are false advertising. The type of extended warranty that I have is not even listed on their website. I was not told this information when buying the policy from them.
