I’ve been trying to reach out the Italian Consulate in New York for the past 4 months and NO ONE is answering the phone, like EVER!. They work an hour or two a week IF they even work… and when you try to find answers by emailing them, they are so quick to dismiss you by sending you to their website… if I wanted to talk to an automated message I would but I needed to talk to a real person because my case is more complicated and I needed some more detailed answers. When you have enough and get frustrated at them, they stop responding to emails. This is so embarrassing and unfair that us, Italians abroad have this people getting paid for doing nothing, not helping people in need of their passports. Some action has to be made!
Desired outcome: I need to talk to a real person and need detailed answers. My issue has to be addressed and I want to be helped in a timely matter
