Computer Plus review: Data transfer

I bought a new computer at Computer Plus and had the data from my old computer transferred to the new computer. The data is on the computer somewhere, but when I try to open up one of the shortcuts nothing happens - nothing opens up. I just got off the phone with David and the more he talked the madder I got. All he would say is "here is what we are going to do". NO, I wasn't nice in my language, and I am sorry. As an 80-year-old woman I get tired of people trying to give me the run around. Happens so much anymore. I am NOT a computer expert and now I am stuck with a new computer, that I can't find my files from the icons on the desktop. I use Libre word and when I open that icon Microsoft Word comes up! I don't want to pay $70.00 a year for Microsoft Word and I don't want to lose my documents.

I had trouble buying this computer. I spoke to Joshua, and he was to send me a picture of the computer the next day. I had to call him back to get the picture. Trying to get the picture from Joshua should have been my clue to their service. Now I have a nice new computer that I can't fully use.
