I purchased a cellphone battery from them in Oct 2015 through Amazon.ca The product was detailed to arrive between Nov 13 and Dec 4th/2015. My order number was [protected] I did not receive the product, nor was their contact information available through Amazon to issue my complaint and send my request for a refund. Reading through the other complaints against them I would say not to purchase anything by their name.
I have been charged 20 times for the same software which was not as advertised and did nothing for my computer. Dates from Dec 2015 to Aug 2016 twice each month. How can I get some or all of my money back?
