YMax Claiming to be US Treasury-Dept of Legal Affairs

Person claiming to be Allen Clark called my parents landline. He left a menacing voice message stating that if I did not return the call, I had better have my attorney contact him. My parents stated that this person was difficult to understand, and sounded very angry. Upon returning the call to [protected], I reached a voicemail for a Keith Nelson, who also had a very strong accent. I did not leave a message; instead I placed several more calls throughout the day, and never reached a live person. I looked up US Treasury Department of Legal Affairs on the internet, and came upon many stories of scams. I then did a reverse directory search on the phone number, and it came up as registered to YMAX.

YMax Fraud

Received a call from [protected]. The caller stated they were with the IRS and this was my last notice and they (the IRS) were going to bring a lawsuit against me. They stated I needed to return their call immediately.
1. The IRS does not call you.
2. The IRS does not call you from a YMAX corporation.
3. This constitutes fraud and the identification of yourself as a Federal agent is a Felony.
4. This is a SCAM.
These people should be shut down and in jail.
