We bought ink for the printer from the website www.tonerclinic.ca. I received the ink, but the label was wrong and this ink wasn’t suitable. All my emails were sent to nowhere, because the seller didn’t react to my complaints and emails. I asked to return money then, if didn’t want to change the ink. But he again ignored me. I wonder if there are people, who know how to reach this person. Please, tell me how to solve the problem.

This complaint is bogus. You registered on July 25th and left this review on July 25th. You reside in the USA yet we don't offer shipping to the USA on our website. Our toll free is listed on the website. If this was real, you would have called.

We have no orders on our website by your name and no complaints received. All emails and phone calls answered in a timely manner.

This is a competitor trying to post bad reviews. Why don't you grow up and be a professional?
