SUBMIT A COMPLAINT / They didn't help, and the rep was rude all the time

I contacted the company several times, but really didn’t like their services and I would be great another company, which could provide tech support. I spoke with the agent, who was rude and refused to explain where the problems were. I asked a lot of questions, because I wasn’t really interested in computers. But the rep didn’t want to meet my needs. Not recommended website.
