Let me share my worst experience in alibaba.com, i found this person name and company:

This company gets data from alibaba to scam alibaba clients. I trusted alibaba i purchased a lot from alibaba and never had this issue. I paid $920 for 2 tv's and the total amount i paid from western union $990. Malinda the scammer, after she receive the money, she ask for more monies from me and malinda the scammer stated:
We will send your order tonight please be assured. And you will receive it probably receive it on wensday.
For your order, there is extra $40 to pay.
And you just need to add another $40 to get an apple watch.
And we have arranged your order, samsung 110" samaung 85" an ipad air 2 and an apple watch and 4 pairs 3d glasses.
Just need to confirm the $80 to ship it.

Thats a red flag, so i search again online about alibaba scam this person shows that she is a scammer. So i started asking, to send just one tv instead. Malinda the scammer stated:
We are not scam you your order did arranged.
It's just to be honest, i need the extra $60 to achieve our company's monthly competion.
I need to have an extra $60 order to accomplaish it and i am jsu graduated and new to my comany.
I did not tell your request to our boss for my own benefit and i did not see the harm would do to you.
You get all your orders and you are not lose anything and i finished my tasks.
I wish you can do me a favor and i did not tell you the truth.
I am sorry.
What a baloney story!!! So i asked that i am waiting for my order, and hoping that it's not a scam and mainda the scammer stated:
Dear my friend
Good day, see attachment.
Our staff have sent the products by dhl.
After the products pass through the china customs, then shipping company will give me the tracking number.
And i will give tracking number to you.
Please wait, you only need wait 3 ~5 days to get your order products.
Malinda the scammer, attached the dhl form.
Malinda found out one review that posted his boss id, accused me that i did it. So i response nicely to the following statement below:
I'm a very nice person. I have never had an experience like this before. I don't want hurt anyone but it seems like i'm not always talking to the same person. I'm not the person that wrote that post online with the pic. I spoke with dhl a few minutes ago. Let me know what i can do to help you in the future. When i receive my order i could write a good review. I just want my order and to talk with one person. If i am wrong about anything than i owe you an apology and i will apologize in writing and send it to who ever you want it to go to. When you agree on a transaction you should be professional and keep that transaction and not let your employees damage your reputation by acting desperate. I worked with alibaba for years and never had a problem. I apologize for the misunderstandings. Dhl is in my state and i'll communicate with them about the order. I didn't send the picture but professional companies would never send the picture id because it leads others to think something illegal has taken place. Most of us in the us don't read your language so the id means nothing. We would never send our id do to identiy fraud and crimminals could use the id. I'm just telling you because these are red flags for us here. You need a professional review page and your business will grow big. Thanks for understanding my apologies.
Malinda the scammer stated:
First, we just received your payment $920, and i bet you knew how much we received from you.
Second, a customer sent us the pic and you have already damaged our reputation. We have lost a customer because of your doing.
You owe us an apology on the web you posted us otherwise yes we are calling back the products.
After malinda the scammer found out someone posted her scam online, she will not send the tv, there is no tv, no product at all. . . They have my $920.
The worst part is alibaba.com never help because they were not an alibaba seller, therefore someone in alibaba.com had given my person email address to scam alibaba's client. I am not the only person complaint about this company that have found in alibaba.com. Also western union allows this company to continue to scam consumers even after consumers complaint to western union. The fraud department in western union does not protect consumers at all. I noticed that there are several company that are doing thesame thing, sales person womens name. If its from china - dont trust!, paying through western union is a bad thing to do for consumer. I want to share this to all that alibaba.com is not the safest online to shop, not all seller can be trusted in alibaba.com. When you request information from suppliers your information and email address is shared with scammed companies and fool you into thinking that your working solely with alibaba.com.
