WS LEASING LTD is a car lease company located in Vancouver BC. If you visit a dealer and they ask you to submit your application to this lease company then BEWARE!
WS LEASING IS the worst LEASE COMPANY. They charge high interest rates and when you have your buyout they will add on admin fees, plus plus plus.
I had purcahsed a 2004 BMW for $38,590 and my payments were approximately $750.00 a month. I paid this for four years, and then there was a buyout of $21,860. Well when my buyout came arouonfd i checked the papers and saw that i could fetch around $27,000. The catch was they have to approve it.
I found a buyer and introduced them the the salesman at WS LEASING LTD, a few days later the buyer called me and asked for his deposit back because they could not approve him for the lease. Later i found out the buyer was put into a brand new BMW and leased through WS LEASING LTD. So i just thought he wanted a new car, Not so, i ran into hime several months later at starbucks and we started to chat, and then he told me that WS LEASING LTD actually told him my car had been in an accident, when infact it never had been and i had very low mileage. They also told him the odometer had been rolled back A bunck of freaking liars.
To make a long story sghort, i decided to buy out the car myself and sell it privately,guess what they tacke d on $3500 administration fees and taxes so i could not benfit, so i let it go. Turns out the car sold in a week and another dealer leased it again at $29,500. This is a true story and now i want anyone who gets into a lease to know that you should be very careful when dealing with WS LEASING LTD...Best thing is say no to dewaling with these crooks who have ripped off thousands of customers.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

What a bunch of whiners! Does anyone ever read the contracts they sign? A lease is a fixed term rental contract with an option to purchase at lease expiry. You want something else, go to your bank and pay all the tax up front and don't worry about the lower payments and potential tax benefits leasing offers. I've worked with WS for more than 10 years and they have always been honourable in their dealings. BBB rating agrees. Learn simple math and the basics of contracts before you spew your nonsense.
We got a truck from WS Leasing and it was the worst experience ever. They nailed us $3000 for the short fall after wards. They said the truck had depreciated this much and that was not once discussed when I leased the truck from them. They told me there would be not short fall and that I can drive unlimited miles on it. WORST COMPANY EVER! DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL SCAM YOU!
We have had nothing but problems with this leasing company. We have always leased our cars through the bank and this time we took a chance with WS leasing. NEVER again. They are bullies. They are negligent and will not accept accountability, instead they call the Bailiff. BE WARNED. We are good people, who have NEVER had any issues making any payments of any kind. Due to an administrative error that RBC has accepted accountability for - WS Leasing has informed us (by phone) that they will reposess the car. There is nothing in writing with this company, the amount outstanding is 30 days old. Instead of actually taking the money that is in the account - they are attempting to take back the car! BE AWARE. I really wish I found this page when I was looking at my car. We will be taking legal action against them.
I am dealing with these crooks right now on a lease I had through them a year ago. I signed a lease for 4 years and a couple issues came up and I needed to pay out the lease early, I did not want to have them take the car or anything like that I just wanted to pay them all the money upfront and get out of the lease. I bought the car for $23700 and payed a total of $4000 in payments so far, I went to get my buy out and it was $25465 after making $4000 in payments so the car went up $1765 and add the $4000 in payments $5765 more than what I payed originally for the car. They blaim it on penalties and the way they work there formula for there leases but no one could really give me a straight answer, so basicly they rip you off. I have done a little research on this company and they have allot of legal battles they are dealing with right now and more everyday. DON'T DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER! they will rip you off first chance they get.
If this post can stop even one person from going to them I can be a happy man.

This company needs to be held accountable and I am suing them this month for exactly the same thing that has happened to many of you...anyone with complaints on their dealings with WS Leasing please contact me...we need to stop these people!
This lease company is a total ripp off. Do not sign a lease with this company or you will regret it
I wish we had known what crooks they were before we leased through them.. they are impossible to deal with. Rude service and very high interest rates!
