My wife and I purchased all brand new windows from window wizards. Unfortunately shortly after the purchase most of the windows had faulty night latch problems. These latches would pop out and stay out and not go back to the original position. Window wizards sent a repairman to fix several of these faulty night latches. The repairman said that there was a known issue with these windows and night latches. However he only repaired the latch that was broken not all of the latches, which he himself told me were faulty. This repairman made several different trips to repair faulty latches as they would break.

Well here I am again with another broken night latch and this time there is no recourse because the company has shut down it's facility and the lifetime warranty which they gave me a contract for is now void.I contacted the window installer for window wizards that installed my windows. He explained that window wizards was out of business and he would have to charge me 150 dollars to fix this little plastic piece. It actually takes about 5 minutes to pop this piece out and put in a new one. Apparently a lifetime warranty is only as good as the paper from which its written. Buyer beware !

Our five section Bow window is leaking water in. We had this window installed about ten (10) years ago by Window Wizard. It was repair twice in the last few years. One repair we had to pay for a new window seal. Now our window still is staring to crack from the water damage. We would like to hear from your Co. Window Wizard.
