Waffle House - short order cook

Today my breakfast sandwich was incorrect. I called in for two sausage, egg, and cheese melts on regular white. When I got there, they handed me two sausage, egg, and cheese sandwiches, with roasted and not grilled bread. I asked to change it. The short order cook named "Andre", told me, that was how melts were made. When I explained to him that the waitress knew what I was saying. Because I ordered this sandwich for years, he began to curse me out and told me he would beat my "[censored]", if I continued to talk about the order being wrong. The manager began to grab him and tell him to go to the back. This was in front of a pretty busy Saturday morning crowd. This was very upsetting and unprofessional and very degrading to hear an employee speak to a customer like that. I explained to the staff that I will contact corporate. The women began to tell me they didn't care, to call the cops or shut up. They simply said he was gone and I did not have to worry about him anymore because he was in the back. This is the worse customer service I have ever been given at a Waffle House in the Cincinnati area.
