Keith and his group routinely negotiate jobs on management fees and going cost plus. They have a legacy of project disasters in their wake. Press hard to find their past projects and ask the clients if their were any problems. Keith and his group often tell them it the nature of construction. But I see it differently. I see them as incompetent thieving clowns that knowing make their projects go sideways so they can take longer and grossly over bill. The Update is go look at the project the are doing in Richmond for Regent Development. The building workmanship is terrible. It looks like a child built it. They are over one year behind schedule and the client is probably going to make zero dollars on the project. They did another around the block the Emerald before.
