Uggsale. Cc The contact us page doesn't work, the email address doesn't work

I have just come across some very fascinating articles from other people who have been ripped off by http://www.uggstore.cc/uggs/products/gbp.html. The site claims it ‘is an official site’ and uses UGG’s logos, pictures and typeface and I thought they were the official store right up till check out where a light flicked on…

I had reservations as soon as went to checkout page (AgogoMart) as the Visa Verfication page did not pop up, although the secure padlock symbol did emerge on the top right hand corner of page so thought I was safe. To be on the safe side I contacted my bank immediately to alert them of any unauthorized debits and transferred a large bulk of CASH out of the account linked to my debit card.

Contacting them is a p*ss take. As many other people have said, none of the links work, the contact us page doesn’t work, the email address doesn’t work but finally found another address: [protected]@gmail.com who I repeatingly contacted with no avail.

I checked my account and order status daily and was surprised when £69.99 was deducted on 2/2/2010 instead of £62.99! Especially ad they claim ‘Zero cost exchange’ so where did the extra £7 come from?

I have place in a complaint with my bank’s fraud team who will be handling the matter, particulalry as I contacted them as soon as the transaction took place as already had reservations.

I will be contacting the Office of Honest Trading and the real official UGG company to get them shut down immediately as I’m gobsmacked they’ve suckered so many people in and annoyed at myself as should’ve trusted my instincts.

My order still has not arrived although don’t reckon they’ll be authentic even if they do turn up! I have emailed these three addresses: [protected]@AgogoMart.com, [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@gmail.com to request a full refund for £69.99 within 12 hours immediately or i will proceed with legal action opposed to them.

I placed an order nearly 3 weeks ago for some ugg boots for my daughter but have not received anything. The tracking number I received is useless as it just says order being processed. The money has been taken from my credit card and despite sending emails to the company I have had no reply. Obviously I have been scammed. Please anyon eelse do not order from this site.

For anyone out there who is in this awful mess with this or these companies. I have had the same problem and spoke to my credit card company this morning who told me to look on the official Ugg Australia web site and on the customer service page under counterfeit education, there is a facility to enter the "rip off" website name and if it is know to Ugg Australia it will say it is a known counterfeit website. It can then be printed off and this will aid your request to the credit card company in any dispute.

i can't believe i was sucked in to this too with similar thoughtd to yourself and concern when the payment check didn't come up, thought i would give it the benefit of the doubt untill looking the website up and seeing all the complaints i would be really interested to know if you do hear back from them and for any tips for getting my money back ( as a student i don't have a credit card so had to use debit card sadly) good luck with your unfortunate fight Georgina

I ordered a pair of uggs from this website, For $90 and it showed on the credit card statement roughly as £60, i agree that at first i was a bit worried my boots hadn't come within th 7-10 days they said it would take so i kept emailing and always got a response . i can see on the website that so many boots are ordered and if like mine they took a month to come overall i can guess that they recieve alot of email. I tracked my boots through the EMS tracker number they i got via email and i could always see what stage my order was at. Yes the boot are prob fake but comparing them to my real one only the soul is different but what do you expect when you are looking at paying the 3rd of the price of a real pair.

I bought some classic black UGG boots from this site for £61 and recieved them in a week, However they are so fake I wouldn't be seen dead in them. Thay are different heights, colour black, the labels are different colours, the soles have completely different patterns on and one is stitched so badly I can't get my foot in it! I cant get any reply from the emails so i guess thats 60 quid down the drain.

I too have fallen foul to this company. The boots arrived no problem, and even though they stateon their website and in the label that they are genuine Uggs, they clearly are not. I have tried to contact the company on several occassions and they are not getting back to me. I paid £68.92 by Visa Debit, who I have contacted this morning to try and get a refund, but unfortunately they do not cover "counterfeit goods"! If anyone has any advice they good give me, with a view to me getting a full refund, I would be extremely grateful.

Thank you

Uggsale. Cc Fake sheepskin boots

I ordered two pairs of ugg boots from this website with the total coming to £98.50 but they actually took £113.50 from my bank account. the boots came in a mashed up box from china on the 1st of october 09, they are definatley fake even though they have the ugg label sown onto the heel, they are not sheepskin as they say they are on the website. After looking at FAQs on the website it says thay are a retailer of genuine uggaustralia sheepskin boots and that the real ones are made in china. I cannot seem to find a telephone number to call them and arrange a refund, i hope this site could help and if anyone else has manage to get a refund i`d be grateful to know how!

Uggsale. Cc Do not be fooled by this site it is fake

I ordered a pair of boots off this site which looked so genuine at the time as they use the offical ugg site to trade from which is wrong! after ordering i found another site a bit like this 1 which said it was fake! i wrote to the vendor and asked them to cancel my order as the money had not been taken out of my bank yet so it shouldnt be a problem. they wrote back telling me they were a real ugg brand agent so not to worry. i did have my suspicions when the courier was from SHANGHI! the boots arrived in the shodiest box eva the boots were in seperate plastic bags ang wen i got them out the i thought i could of made better 1s myself! the fir looks like its come off a dog! the stitchin is hangin off! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THIS SITE IT IS FAKE!

Uggsale. Cc fake item

I too have been conned! I bought a pair of sundance boots which cost £70 took two weeks to deliver turned up in a squashed cardboard box were completely fake synthetic fur although the labels inside say genuine sheepskin and genuine leather I feel like a genuine mug. the site said send them back at your cost and they will charge a 30$ handling charge! I have now a real pair from the official Ugg site so a expensive lesson learnt

the site seemed very genuine and must have been a very elaborate hoax
is there anything that can be done to reclaim money which was paid on a debit card?

I have just ordered a pair of UGG boots from this site uggsale.cc which was a result returned by Google. I cannot trace the order number and payment has been taken from my Credit Card. All emails are bouncing back and I am sure no boots will be received. I will take this up with my credit card company fraud department.

Uggsale. Cc Fraudulent charges

I puchased a pair off Ugg boots from this website, the website stated the price was £47.84 and when i read their FAQ it stated: there is never a sales tax and shipping is free of charge ie no hidden costs. I placed the order but when i checked my bank account i has been charged £59.31, in a complete outrage i emailed the company to which they replied "we are terrible sorry we did not notify you first we use todays exchange rate and the excess was deducted by our credit card company as a handling fee" i am disgraced at this as it was not stated anywhere on the website or in terms and conditions therefore the price on the website should be the price that i paid.

Uggsale. Cc Fraudulent company

I used this site to order a pair of " Genuine Sheepskin Ugg boots " for my daughter. The boots took just under 2 weeks to arrive and when they did they were clearly not genuine ugg boots. I had them inspected by two seperate experts and it seems that the boots are copies of the original product they claim to be. The material used is not real sheepskin and they did not arrive in an authentic box although they did have authentic looking tags, labels and certificate of authenticity.

I have managed to contact the seller through Brandname Sales Ltd [[protected]@brandname-sales.com] (link: mailto:[protected]@brandname-sales.com) and they said they were sorry that I was not satisfied with the quality of the product and that if I wanted a refund I would have to return them at my own expense to China? I was led to believe that I had ordered them from America and was charged in US dollars and that amount varied from the amount they were sold for on the website. I want to ensure I get a refund before I return the boots as I am not confident I will actually get a refund and I will also be checking my credit card account as I believe there is a good chance my card details could be used fraudulantly having now researched this company in detail.

Uggsale. Cc fake merchandise

I also purchased some ugg boots from this site. I did eventually get the boots, after about 3 weeks and several emails, they eventually arrived. they are obviously fake, and even have a Made in China label, although they were advertised and Genuine Australian UGG boots. Now the website is no longer available, I have no hope of contacting them or returning the fake boots. Any advice please

Uggsale. Cc fake uggs and vendor not responding

I purchased a pair of Ugg boots on www.uggsale.cc. Their website said the gave a one year guarantee and if customers were not satisfied they could return the. I went ahead and was billed for £54. When I received the boots not only were they fake, but they stated that they were leather. They evidently are synthetic. I immediately sent the vendor an email. When I tried to send the email, it was saying I was using too many words so kept it brief. I looked for a telephone number or address but there was not one. I looked through Google and saw that they are also using wesite www.totougg.com and www.uggstore.cc.
Again I sent emails through these websites but have had nothing back. Today I got my credit card statement and they have billed me for £64. I have had to cancel my credit card because I am scared they may take money from it. The billing address was www.brandname-sales.co I contacted them and they sent a brief email with this website and to be quite honest I don't even know what it is. If there is anyone who can help or advice me what to do could you please contact me and I want to get my money back. I have kept all the emails with the correspondence

I ordered a pair of UGG boots from www.official-ugg.com who advertised that they were 100% genuine and sheepskin, they took around two weeks to arrive and when they did it was apparent that they were pretty poor fakes. They most definitely are not sheepskin and the fur in them is like teddy bear fur as other posts have mentioned. Infact they look like an odd pair of boots as one of the soles is much thicker than the other. I emailed to ask for a refund to which they ignored, but sent another email claiming they had sent me a replacement pair of boots. I've tried tracking the parcel for the replacement boots, but it looks as if UK customs have come across them and I will never receive the replacement boots. Avoid all websites that are selling what appear to be genuine UGG boots, if they too cheap then it's too good to be true. I will be contacting Watchdog to try and get this scam stopped.

OH NO! I feel like such an idiot! I, stupidly, ordered two pairs of boots for my stepdaughter for Christmas from this website at a cost of £110, but £126 was taken from our bank. We tried to stop the payment going through with Halifax about 5 hours after the order but they said there was nothing they could do. We are still waiting for the boots and although I have had a return email from them, which made no sense whatsoever, we are not hopeful that the boots will arrive. We will now have to find the money from somewhere to buy uggs from a shop in time for Christmas, which has pretty much ruined things for us. I live in hope that the boots arrive, fake or not!

Thank you so muc for everyone who wrote on this website! i was about to purchase a pair of classic short balck uggs from www.uggsale.cc im so glad i checked this website before going ahead! the uggs seemed genuine but at a price to good to be true. Little things on the website was what made me suspicious for example:
1)it did not state the shipping price untill after credit card details were given.
2)i checked on the website and the boots i wanted were £53.36, i checked an hour later and the price had risen to £55.86! its only £2.50, but still!
3) the only sizes available were 3.5, 4.5, 5.5, 6.5, 7.5 etc, real UGG boots only come in whole sizes
4) when i tried contacting them, the website link 'appeared o be broken' in other words, there is no link to contact them
5)there were styles of boots that were not even on the offical website
6) it is november, peak season for ugg buying in the UK, so why would i be able to buy a pair of genuine ugg boots for over 60% less? if the real ugg company were having a sale, it would most likely be after christmas, with leftover stock- plus if genuine UGGs was having a sale, it would be widely advertised!

the website is currently running, even though it has previously been shut down for fraud.

DO NOT BUY FROM WWW.UGGSALE.CC
