Travelodge - customer service

Terrible Discriminating Place
This was the worst experience of my life. When attempting to check into this location I was meet with hate, extreme rudeness and absolute disrespect. The man attempting to check me in was extremely disrespectful and falsely accused me of not being who I was. He screamed that I was trespassing. As a law abiding citizen who has stayed at many lodgings across the country I was shocked. Ive never experienced such outward discrimination and utter disrespect in my life. Did he not want black people at his hotel? Did I not dress the part. I had multiple forms of ID and a valid credit card. I will never recommend this place. Never. There are other hotels in this area. If you believe in equal rights and fair housing avoid this place. Please boycott places such at this that discriminate and refuse service to those based on the color of their skin or other discriminating factors! Hateful shameful despicable staff

I was charged twice on my credit card on Jan 5, 2008 for $ 500.00 and $ 1 500.00 which i did not stay. I will send proof if needed.

I was a victim of the terrible rudeness and disrespect as well as the other victim amazed and had the worst experience of my life with the manager of this location I was refused service after paying for reservation only because I asked why he was asking for my ID and credit card .This person does not know anything about customer service at all threatened to call the police because I while handing my info to him that I just needed my room please he said NO and to get the hell out of his property. Tried calling thru my cell phone expedia to see what solution we could work out and he turned the volume on the radio so loud asked him please turn it down and went crazy, shouting bad words and calling the police on us !I say the same boycott people and places like this this person shouldnt even be in this country the way he treats people and how does a National chain like Travelodge and Wyndham allow this kind of service and extreme rudeness!
