I bought a transmission from EXT transmission and I had shifting problems. I called them and they told me to diagnose the transmission at a dealership and refused to send me another transmission for about 4 to 5 months. After telling them about the problem several times, they finally sent me another transmission and I had it installed out of my own pocket. I sent the warrantied transmission back and after 4 months after having to cal several times now they tell me it is a vehicle problem. I installed the second transmission and it was fine but the first one they sent me was bad. And they will not pay for having the second transmission installed like they told me and the warranty states. The warranty states if the problem is mechanical they will pay $50 an hour for the book time it takes to install it. Why will they not honor the warranty if the second one is fine buy the first one is not? I am tired of being ripped off every time I buy something. From now on warranty does not mean anything anymore.
