Terrible customer service
I bought a pair of shoes from Tory Burch online last year in December. After spending over 100 pounds on sale and only wearing it a few times, it started looking really worn out. 2 weeks ago i emailed the photos to cusotmer services for Tory Burch online. I didnt hear from them for 2 days and decided to give them a call. Since then i have spoken to variuos people trying to get the best solution I can get. I just wasnt being offered the best possible solution for that. Some said you can simply return the shoes and get a refund back and another said ill get only £10 pounds off my next order. As i wasnt getting anywhere, i demanded to speak to the manager. Princip Baffor gave me a call as the manager and we came to an agreement that i can keep the shoes and hell email me a 50 pounds off voucher code that i can use towards my next purchase valid for 6 months. It has been over a week, and this never got emailed to me. I called cusotmer services again and demanded to Princip who I was told cant come on the phone but will call me within 48 hours. It is 48 hours and no call from him. When I called yesterday, I spoke to a a rude lady called Christine Rott who said that the voucher code cannot be valid for 6 months and that if i want to buy anything i can call them in the future and they can provide me with the voucher code. I said thats not acceptable and who knows when I call them that they'll still have my records. I hence said, can you please email me as promised. She said it will be with me in a couple of hours which did not happen again. Today morning, I called again and funny enough I spoke to Chrstine again and asked her what happened. Once again she said the voucher code expired before it could be emailed to me and Ill have to call them up whenever i need to make a purchase. I demanded to speak to team leader and was told he cannot come on phone but will leave a message to call me. I have emailed the CEO Roger Farah as of yesterday under [protected]@toryburch.com and no acknowledgement from them . Terrible terrible service I have ever received and not expecting from a reputed branded name like Tory Burch !
Customer service and poor product support
I had heard that Tory Burch had notoriously bad CS, but never believed it was this bad until now. I had a pair of boots I got a little over a year ago as a gift and never wore them. When I put them on and wore them around my apartment for 5 minutes, the zipper up the back of one broke.
I had this issue with a pair of booties that were worn only once about two years ago that zipped up the back and returned them (CS was very unapologetic).
I called CS and was told to contact the boutique and/or email CS. I tried to contact CS and the number didn't work. I emailed CS and it took over a week for them to respond (they send an automated email reply after you email them stating that you will hear back in 72 hours). Phone CS was awful and up until the third time, I never received a customer #. The third CS agent even apologized because the first two did not follow procedure. Finally I received an email saying to send them back with proof of purchase and other information:

I emailed them to tell them that I didn't have a receipt as they were a gift. They responded five days later to tell me it was okay. In the meantime, I was able to return them to Neimans because my mom is a cardholder and even though we didn't have the receipt, they used to carry the boots.
I thought that I would email TB to tell them I would not be returning them. I was not crazy about having to pay for shipping and insurance. Additionally, based on the CS I had received thus far I was hesitant that they would be repaired or replaced (zipper teeth came off and the zipper was off one of the tracks) and that it would be done in a timely manner. I was also afraid communication with CS would be a problem if there was an issue. Before I could send an email, tonight I got the following email:
Dear XXXX,
We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with the bag. We want to inform you that you will need to return the item back to the store where it was purchased. Unfortunately Items purchased at department stores or at any other store selling Tory Burch merchandise cannot be returned to toryburch.com. Again we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Please feel free to contact us at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or reply to this email if you need additional information.

Lillian
Tory Burch Customer Care
I responded with the following, however I doubt I'll hear back:
Hi Lillian,
I am not having problems with a bag. I was having an issue with a pair of boots (I sent pictures of the boots). I do not know where the boots were purchased as they were a gift that I decided to keep until my current pair of brown boots wore out. I gave all this information to Customer Service both on the phone and in my emails. After over 1 week and three customer service calls during each of with I received conflicting information, someone emailed me to tell me to ship the boots so that repair or replacement could be decided. I have decided not to ship them to you for repair or replacement based on the poor communication and customer service I have received thus far and the fact that I would have to pay for shipping and insurance to send these boots to you.
Aside from all of this, I'd like to point out that on Tory Burch's website (http://www.toryburch.com/Faq/cs-faq, default, pg.html) it states the following:
Tory Burch is happy to handle repairs (free of charge) which result from a manufacturing defect. However, we cannot handle repairs that are the result of normal wear and tear.
If you believe that there is a defect in materials and/or workmanship, for fastest results you should return the item to the place of purchase. If you wish to have us repair your item, contact Tory Burch Customer Service by phone at 1.866.480.TORY (8679) or by email at [protected]@toryburch.com for instructions on how to return the item to our offices for inspection. We will repair or replace your item free of charge if we determine, upon inspection, that the damage is due to a manufacturing defect. Typical turn-around time is three to four weeks.
The way it is written leads one to believe that regardless of where they are purchased, if there is an issue, Tory Burch will take care of it.
I own over 30 pairs of Revas and numerous other Tory Burch heels, sandals, and boots. I have a number of Tory Burch clutches and at least 60 pieces of Tory Burch clothing. I can say with 100% certainty that after this experience, I will never be purchasing from Tory Burch again. The customer service I have received has been horrible. Your email has confirmed that I made the correct decision in deciding not to ship these boots to you. I have all of the emails to confirm that I was told to ship these boots to Tory Burch if you would like verification. In my three phone calls to customer services, only the third gave me a customer number.
My mother relayed my Tory Burch customer service story to Neiman Marcus and because of her card level, the fact that they used to carry the boots, and out of sympathy, I was able to return the boots to them, but for less than the retail value that was paid for them.
I am appalled by Tory Burch Customer Service and the contradicting information I have been given each time. For a company that is trying to market itself as a "luxury company" one would expect far better service.
One additional note, the 0010 number for the Chicago store listed on your website was disconnecting immediately when I called it. I know that they just switched stores so perhaps they changed phone numbers. You may want to check that it is still working because when I had this issue I was unable to contact the boutique as I was advised to do so by a Customer Service representative.
Thank you,
XXXX
I have read numerous places that their CS is terrible. I will not be purchasing from them anymore. My question is what if I had already shipped them? I would probably be SOL and have to cross my fingers that I would have even gotten them back.
I would advise anyone purchasing Tory Burch to do so from a department store because that way you are covered if any issues occur because dealing with Tory Burch CS is awful.

Tory Burch very bad Customer Service I bought leather bag just a year back and it started peel off and I went to the store for repair or exchange and manger said they can’t do anything very bad really very disappointed I m not going buy anything from Tory Burch ever again. Please don’t buy anything from Tory Burch .
I wish to know that how can a brand call world luxury with such a bad quality product?
I bought a bag at November 2021 , and the linner of the bag start peeling after few months at march of 2022.
I going back to the klcc outlet that is the place I bought , they told me is the problem of my usual and just surprised the sale person that your bag is no Artur in real leather ... Your bag is using PU ...
So as customer after reading your article and believe all your products is a luxury Morden finished leather. But the true is ... PU so what the point that I'm buying your bag?
I ordered a pair of sale post earrings, still paying $60 for them, and all I can see is that they’re on “backorder.” I expect this kind of ridiculousness on $20 sale items from Anthropologie, but NOT from Tory Burch, when I ordered those as a gift!
I would have liked at least an email to have found out they’re on backorder, because after about 6 days I had to go check the status myself!
I’ve literally waited 3 months for some anthro items to ship when I’ve really wanted them, but I’m not doing this with a $60 pair of posts. It’s just unnecessary to do this to loyal customers. I usually buy posts at the outlet, which many of have been defective. Choosing to order from the website hasn’t done me any bit of difference, which is also surprising and frustrating. I just want the earrings to ship!
I have bought the shoes last week. I was so excited about it since it is super cute. When I started wore it to my office. It was REALLY HURT my foot so bad. I got swollen on both Toe and finger nail. so I took the shoes back to the shop and return it. but they refused to return it. I even showed them my foot and they said sorry that hurt my foot but there is nothing they could do. Since the policy is only can return the stuff that can be resell. They told me to call customer service. I have called customer service and the customer service appologize for the incident and will passed to the retail mangament for me. I wait for 5 days then someone called me and ask me what happen and then said we are so sorry about your foot and shoes that hurt you but our policy is only accepts the return that CAN BE RESELL. They said I will have to keep the shoes. they ask if I would like to buy another shoe and they will give me discount. I refused and say I will never buy the shoes from you again. My lesson for this is Tory burch only care about making money not customer. As the whole time they keep said sorry that the shoes hurt my foot but we only can return the product that can be resold. If i ever know that the shoes will hurt me I will never buy the shoes! Now I am learning my experience, and I want to share my experience to everyone before spending $250 on this shoes.
Dang! I didn't have bad customer service at all. My boyfriend bought me a TB Robinson Triple Gusset Cross-body purse for my birthday in 2012. The strap broke on the purse after a year of occasional wear. I emailed TB CS Team. They replied stating that they need a picture of the receipt and the actual damage. After I sent both of those pictures, they asked for my contact info. (Name, number, address, etc.) They then sent me a shipping label. After I got off work, I printed the label and went to the UPS store. There, I paid like $7 to ship the purse. After TB CS Team received my purse they sent me this email;
Dear ______,
Thank you for contacting Tory Burch and for providing us with your item. We sincerely apologize that your Tory Burch Robinson Triple Gusset Crossbody Bag has not worn as expected. After careful assessment our Repairs team has found that the damage incurred to this item is not repairable. We would be happy to exchange your Robinson Triple Gusset Crossbody Bag for an alternate style. Below you will find the link to our crossbody selection. Please reply to this email with the handbag style number and color of choice, so we may process your replacement .
They sent about 4 links of purses that I can get! I was so happy. Maybe they've improved in the past 2 years.! Who know?
I've also had very bad experience with Tory Burch boutique customer service today. I bought one pair of Amy pumps, one pair of Carolina Ballet flats, and one pair of Lizard Print Miller sandals in the boutique exactly a week ago. When I go home and had a chance to really look at the products, I realized that the uppers of the Miller seemed to have been worn. They looked kind of dirtier than the lower parts to me. Of course I felt very uncomfortable, and I decided I should not feel this way about something that cost that much. After trying on the other two pairs around the house, my feet started to ache. I decided to bring all three pairs back to the store for full refund. The manager of the store told me that they could not accept products that had been worn, even though I informed her that I had just bought them last weekend. Since I work during the week, I could not bring them back the moment I found out I was not satisfied with the products. She insisted that she "could not sell a worn product to another customer"; however, she could keep them and give me store credit (WTH?). I did not want any Tory Burch products at that moment, or maybe any time in the future, because I did not feel like their CS. I asked her for full refund only, but she was determined to give me store credit. That does not make any sense to me, and was a way to RIP ME OFF when I did not want any of their products. I'm not at all happy with Tory Burch CS, and this was the first and the last experience I'll ever have with Tory Burch.
Yes! I've also had a bad expiriance with Tory burch CS I purchased a Tory burch iPhone case at did poorly at protecting my phone. I did have the recipt but I was not able to return it at the store I had to send it in and wait about a month or so to reiecive an e-gift card I was told they'll place a new order of flip flops for me that we're on sale but 3 days later I get an email that they cannot place new orders. Once I recieved my gift card I waited about a month or so to use it at a Tory burch outlet store that I drove nearly 3 hours too. Ofcorse the gift card did not work though it clearly showed on the register that the funds were there the computer was not able to accept it. Tory burch CS was not able to do anything for 4 days. I winded up buying the items for full price with cash because I drove so far. Tory burch CS did nothing they offered me a20% off which basically covers tax and shipping. When I finally decided id order a few gifts online I used the 20% and was then charged TWICE as if I places 2 purchases. CS had nothing to say theytold me to contact the bank though they were the ones who processed it twice ! Once I continued calling they said the department In charge of funds was closed and that the money should be cleared soon. They cannot give me a date and they just dont care. I can't even cancel my order. There CS sucks and there items aren't even worn the price they are very cheaply made ! TORY BURCH NEEDS NEW SOLUTIONS !
Discourteous and poor customer service
Tory Burch staff was terribly discourteous when I tried to get assistance in fixing a pair of shoes that had stones fall off. I called first and asked what was appropriate and convenient for them. When I entered the Greenwich store it was nothing but "i cant be bothered with Attitude" and you dont look like our type of customer. I could not believe the poor customer service and not to mention my wife bought a pair of pants and the young attendees had no idea where the pants could be hemmed. For the price, I would expect the corporate office to get some training for the young and immature staff and then find the resources in order to better serve the clientele. I regretfully would not recommend this store to anyone.

Horrible customer service
On May 3, I placed an order online with Tory Burch. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them or recieving anything, I called and was told that there was a delay due to an "upgrade in their warehouse" and that my items would ship the following week. (I spoke to "Ann"). Nothing ever arrived. After multiple calls and e-mails, none of which were ever returned (I contacted a woman named "Francesca"), I recieved an e-mail on June 16th that they were unable to fulfill my order and offered me a $50 gift card (if they can send a gift card, why can't they simply send me my order?). Can someone explain to me what I am supposed to do with a gift card for a company without a store anywhere near me who is unable to ship their merchandise? It isn't so much that they can't send the shoes, its that they ignored me for six weeks. I wouldn't exactly call this a luxury brand. All my friends, family and co-workers will be hearing about this so they don't buy from them either.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have experienced the unpleasant side when dealing with online ordering that I wanted to bring to your attention. This has been a source of frustration. Customer Service has always been very helpful, but it seems that the backend processes leave something to be desired.
Back in June, my husband ordered a Roslyn satchel as a birthday gift for me. The agent he spoke to helped him locate the only piece available in an out-of-state store and had it shipped in 2 days - just in time for me to take it on our trip. He received the receipt for the purchase in the mail the next week, which showed that we had been charged $50 more than the price on the tag. After a quick phone call it was easily resolved, although it was strange that this would have happened in the first place.
Fast-forward to Black Friday. My husband told me to order whatever I wanted as a Christmas present. I placed an order for a matching Roslyn wallet and an Ally Satchel for myself, taking advantage of the sale. ( order number 777xxxxxx). 12 days later, I had not heard anything regarding my order which was very odd as I had received everything else I had bought from different merchants on that day. I spoke to an agent who couldn't tell me what the delay was yet assured me I would be contacted by the procurement / warehouse department. That was the first issue. Customer service should be able to tell me the status of my order instead of relaying to me that "it's in queue to be fulfilled". I was given no timeline for delivery.
That same day I receive an email saying "Dear xxxxxx, Thank you for your recent order with Tory Burch.com. Unfortunately we are unable to fill a portion of your order and have had to cancel the ALLY SATCHEL - FOSSIL/FIG/BROWN, Size: OS. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience we may have caused. Thank you again for shopping at http://www.toryburch.com/"
There was no indication in this email of the following:
1) When my other item ( Roslyn Wallet) was going to be shipped, ( if it was even available at all)
2) What my other options are since the bag was supposedly out of stock. ( something like a 20% discount will be given to make up for the inconvenience.)
3) How the item was sold out when I placed my order at noon on black Friday and the item was still available on the site until at least that same night. Was it that those who chose express delivery received their products even if they have ordered after me?
4) Any consideration for a customer who really wanted the item.
At the insistence of my husband ( he could see I was getting very annoyed ) I logged onto toryburch.com to find something else I liked, and guess what, the exact same Ally Satchel was listed for purchase. Now how is it that within 5 minutes of received the "out-of-stock" email, the item suddenly became available?
I called customer service and could not get any explanation from the agent or her manager as to how this could have happened. If I had placed an order at the point for the same bag at full price I probably would have received it. The Manager Maria tried to assist by locating the bag in a Las Vegas store and honouring the same discount I had received. It should be here in 2 days, but let's just see. If I don’t receive the items by early next week, I'm planning to cancel my order and going forward will not be ordering this brand. My husband had also requested to expedite the delivery of the wallet. I had handed him the phone to talk to the representative after it became very clear I was not going to get any answers. Being 35 weeks pregnant, the situation wasn’t ideal. 2 days later, my wallet order had been cancelled. No explanation, no communication. WONDERFUL.
I was left with a very bad taste in my mouth. For a luxury goods company, this is truly not the service or the infrastructure I had expected to be in place with online ordering. After examining our credit card statement it looked like 2 days after we made the purchase, we were only charged for the wallet, which led me to believe that perhaps at that point the bag was out of stock already, but that was not communicated to me until I had inquired. Why is that? Is it that the company is getting too big to handle the orders? Or that the popularity of the brand has led to a decline of customer service? Furthermore, when I put in my order number and zip code to see the status of my order, it shows that I had ordered 2 ALLY satchel bags, when the email confirmation I received shows I only ordered 1.
My experience with online ordering on Toryburch.com has been most unpleasant and I can imagine other loyal customers with similar situations feeling let down by the brand that they have invested a lot of emotion and time in, not to mention finances. If I wanted the items that badly, I would have to call and order it directly from the store, and pay full price. After this experience, I guarantee I will not be buying this brand anymore. When I have spent so much money, I do not expect to have to "beg" for it. Stick to another brand, you'll be glad you did!
It happened to us too. We bought approx. $8, 000 worth of goods from them and when we went to exchange some bags which had scratches the shop totally ignored as if we dont exist (wouldnt even come close to talk to us). They were so rude that we were feeling so ackward in their place and we left in a hurry. We found an error in the transaction and called up their 1-800 number. Even after 2 days no calls were ever returned and basically were ignored. If you have an alternative, I would never recommend this brand. They are very cheap, rude, and dont care about customers at all.
Poor customer servic and poorly made bag
I ordered a toryburch alice backpack on January 3, 2011 for my first and last time. When I received my bag, I noticed that the straps were frayed and coming apart. The bag had leather trim that felt like vinyl. I called the Atlanta based store to inquire about exchanging the bag and I was told that I would have to go through toryburch.com. That seemed odd to me because I ordered my bag from the ORIGINAL site and I thought that it would be no problem to exchange or get a refund at any of their stores. I called the customer service line and they informed me to send the bag back and I would get a full refund and also a customer service representative would call me within 24-48 hours, to this date January 21, 2011, I have not received a call! I sent the bag back to the online store and I called the customer service line AGAIN to make sure they had received it, which they confirmed they did on January 18, 2011 but they also said it was received at one store and now it has to go to another store before I get my full refund. I called the CORPORATE OFFICE and they also said they wouldn't be able to help me and I would have to call the customer service line. What kind of company is this that their Corporate Office can not even help their online customers? I am so dissappointed with the lack of concern and the poor customer service that I have received from toryburch.com that I will never buy from them again nor step foot in their store. I called the customer service department for the 4th or 5th time and had to wait for a representative for a half hour. I asked the representative about my refund and he said it could take up to 14 days...what...it only took a half of a second on line to take my money and now they are telling me I will get my refund within 14 days. The customer service and the product that I received is unacceptable especially for a reputable and upscale company such as ToryBurch. The product I received from the ORIGINAL sight looked like a product from WALMART without the Walmart price!
Terrible customer service
I was on a wild goose chase for a pair of wedges in my size. I was given a list of stores that could possibly have the wedges in my area, but the company did not offer to search the individual stores for me because "online and stores are separate". OK, so I started calling Tory Burch stores in the NYC area. Each clerk was more dismissive than the next, mind you, in a bad economy. Finally, I got through to someone who said she would research the issue for me and, guess what, never called me back! Well, that store lost my business. Finally, I was able to locate them at another store and I had to return the ones I had purchased online. Several weeks passed, and my card was never credited. When I called to inquire, I was told that the shoes were flagged as being "worn" and that another QC person had to inspect them before crediting. I literally put them on once, walked across the room, and determined they didn't fit properly and would need to be returned. I eventually got the credit, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences ever! And from such a high-end, expensive company.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Disappointed.
Poor craftsmanship and lack of product integrity - 2 defects on the same tote.
This tote was an anniversary gift for my wife, so the disappointment is compounded.
Note: Our FIRST Tory Birch purchase after years of buying Marc Jacobs.

TB Customer service (texting) - lacking empathy, and understanding.
Tory Burch has horrible customer service. They take months to reply back and they take weeks to esclate the issue to higher position. It took more than 2 month to get to someone. Issue still has not resolved. I seriosly don't understand what CEO is doing with their customer service team?! And their retail store managers. They are supposed to be high-end retail store but their service quality is worse than forever21. I really want to report them and I really hope all customers notices these bad services that they are providing and stop buying from them. Shame on you Tory Burch! Shame on you!
I ordered several pairs of Tory Burch boots online and ended up returning several of them. Instead of refunding the credit card I used to purchase the boots, they sent me egiftcards! Mind you, my returns were well within my timeframe to get a refund to my original form of payment, my credit card. These emails with egiftcards went to my spam email and I nearly missed them, I made the mistake of trusting them to credit me back my money to my card (they owed me over $1500!). How shady to just send you an egiftcard that most people would never even see in their spam folder. I have been working for weeks to get my approriate refunds. They have partitially refunded me, but still have not given me refunds for two pairs of boots, totaling $500. They are shady and dishonest and a total scam for online shoppers. Will never buy from Tory Burch directly ever again!
Ok if I could leave a ZERO rating I would. We have experienced the worst customer service at this store. My husband purchased a small purse for me for my birthday in July. We were not aware of the return policy however when we went there to hopefully exchange for a bigger purse the associate would not take it back when we asked to speak to the manager, the manager would not even come out of the office to speak with us, that to me is very poor customer service. I work in the business industry and I know retail stores can make exceptions granted the purse has not been used and everything was still intact.
I love Tory Burch products however this experience was a huge turn off. I will definitely not promote TB products.
Tory Burch does NOT stand behind their (very expensive) clothing! No more $100 polo shirts that can only be 'dry cleaned' (well, according to the company). Looking on-line, they don't seem to have a very good customer service reputation, and now I understand why:
"After careful assessment, the damage incurred to this item is not the result of a manufacturing defect. All of our clothing is Dry Clean only and should not be washed. We sincerely apologize but we will not be able to exchange the polo."
I will only be buying from reputable retailers who stand by their quality and don't hide behind the cop out 'dry clean only' label. With all the environmental concerns about dry cleaning, am really surprised anyone buys from them at all - I know I won't be!

Supervisor name: Chelsea, she makes her own rules and doesn't care about the customers. When I say that I will have to complaint about the incident, she said you can do whatever you want and said, quote me on that "I am wasting my time talking to you". If your English is a second language, she will pretend not to understand you. I hope, TORY BURCH can train her so that customers can be treated correctly for our diverse communities.
Careful with getting the sale you received and double check your deals. The deal was a birthday voucher and discount applying rules (Chelsea rule, she also said previous supervisor did not know what they were doing and she is there to clean the mess that I have three transactions before with the correct way:
For example, Chelsea way (20% off item):::::: $100 item - $50 (store credit or birthday voucher) = $50 - 20% off = $40
Correct way (20% off item):::::: $100 item - 20% off = $80 - $50 (store credit or birthday voucher) = $30.
I do not normally write complaints but this one I have to so that customers are treated correctly.
I am done with Tory Burch as of today.
As a high end company I am shocked at the customer service and their methods of dealing with problems.
I had ordered two pairs of Abbott boots that were not available in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The boots were on sale so I thought that I wouldn't mind paying the extra duties, adding they give a 10% off email subscription. The duties, taxes and shipping came up to a whopping $172.99. So really in the end the boots weren't really discounted much.
I finally picked up my long awaited package yesterday only to find that one of the boots had a missing insole. It wasn't just a simple insole I could replace but an insole that has a layer of lamb shearling. I immediately called the customer service line only to be told to call back in an hour because their systems were down. An hour later the systems were still down but Evelyn the associate took down my information and explained to me that I would have to pay for shipping and duties if they send me another insole. I was disturbed... This wasn't my fault why do I have to pay more?!?! She then told me that I would have to ship the boots back to get a refund but I told here I wasn't going to do that because I won't get back my duties and shipping fees. After some back and forth she put me on hold and gave me a final answer that I would get a credit for my boots and that I could keep them because they are considered defective and if i wish to purchase the boots again I could with the credits. I was impressed! I made her explain to me a few times and wanted her to send me confirmation of all this through email. She told me she would but of course I never got an email.
Today I called back to make sure everything was as Evelyn had told me. No, this time Porsha the associate told me that I have been misinformed and because the systems were down there is no documentation on my order about getting a credit back. What she told me next had me fuming. She told me that I will get back a refund when I send the boots back but that I wouldn't necessarily have to lose my duties and taxes if I talk to my country's customs and file to get back my money. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT WHY DO I HAVE TO SPEND ALL THIS TIME AND EFFORT TO GET BACK MY MONEY?! After the usual back and forth and me demanding to talk to a supervisor, she then told me that under these special circumstances that they will refund me my boots and my $172.99 of fees but I have to ship the product back. I was clearly upset. What else can you do for me? Can't you just send me a right insole replacement? Why do you just give me a discount for the boot instead of making me do all this work? I don't have time to bring my boots to the only DHL delivery location in my city... Really, this is a high end company?
In the end she told me that upon shipping my item out I can call back and escalade the whole case and get a response through email.
My problem now is that I don't trust this company. I did my research and found other people that had horrible experiences with their online store. People who don't get back their refunds.
I have decided that I don't want to deal with another headache. What if I send it back and they won't give me back my $172.99 and tell me that Porsha miscommunicated this to me just like how Evelyn did. I am just going to cut my losses and completely boycott this company. I can shop elsewhere.
I have dealt with a great many companies online as that is how I primarily shop but without a doubt Tory Burch is the worst ever! I placed two separate orders for the same bag that they had on sale. When they arrived they looked like something a 5 year old would carry they were so small. And on sale for $144 - this company has put a new word on greed. I turned these around and promptly sent them back in separate packaging so there would be no mix-up. They did refund one but basically refused to refund the other saying they had already refunded it. It became so frustrating after weeks and weeks of dealing numerous times over the phone and no resolution. I finally denied charges on the credit card. Never again will I deal with them. I believe I can either do without their product or buy it from another company with better service like Saks or Neimans. This company has PROBLEMS!
I've had numerous encounters with both store and phone customer service and both were HORRIBLE. My local Boca Raton store doesn't seem to care and the manager there is Rude. Never ever again! Went back after one experience thinking things will change and was I ever wrong! Your business is not valued here. Steer clear!
