Tikona / fed up with slow speed and very poor customer service

i want to file a complain against tikona wi-fi. my user id is [protected] and may name is RAKESH BAJPAI i got connected with tikona on 11th may and I have paid Rs. 1213/- for installation changes in advance. The guy promised me for the good speed and active customer service but i found all this wordings as fake and i am just fed up with this slow speed and very poor customer service. i have filed complain on 12th may but no one come for the checking i have complained at least 20 to 25 times but i am not getting any response from this fraud and cheater tikona connection then i have also filed my complain in tikona toll free number bt they are also not giving us the proper answer i have decided to get disconnected with this rubbish connection and complain for this also then again the same reaction was given by the customer care now 10 days have passed and still i got no response . i have disconnected it from my computer and wanted tikona to take back their modem and return my money back. i want my money back. This is ma last responsibility completed from my side to complain to tikona now i will file complain against this in consumer forum

    wast service, calling more than 20 times in a day for payment, even after paying paymnets
