Tikona / Tikona Broadband complain - Regd return of cheque

I had submitted my application on 23rd Oct for Broad band connection vide application # xxxx along with a cheque for Rs. 500.

After a week, installation enginner had come to my residence. HOwever instalation was not done since there was no coverage in that area.

I had requested to return my cheque along with the application but there was no proper response. Inspite of several reminders & calls, no one cared to return the cheque.

I have also mail them a couple of days back, hoping a positive response... !!!
