Bad school process. Poor teachers not very knowledgeable and rude and tremendously unprofessional. They try to make you go over your contract hours so would have to pay out of pocket. Teachers are mean especially if you are an attractive girl. Directors say they do not have any control on how mean the teachers are and no matter how you complain to the owner they do nothing about it. Do not got to school here very unprofessional. There should be laws for this but can not find a website to file a proper complaint so there could be some kind of notice to future students to be warned.

Transferring to the SAME school but in a different location will cost you over 3000 dollars and tons of headaches. Teaching is based on how much your teacher cares about you. No real curriculum. HORRIBLE management. DO NOT waste your time and money, look for a less expensive school.

I have been a student at the salon professional academy for 7 months now. I make good grades, i'm always early, and i a hard worker. I recently got a day suspension for going 5 minutes over my 10 minute break. Now i have to pay $150 in over contact fees. All this school cares about is taking your money. They push you to meet a very high quota of services every month to move up a "level" This is about money for the school and not focused on education. I cannot wait until i'm out of there. They move through the teachings so quickly to get you out on the floor making money. I have to rely on youtube and wella education seminars to learn new techniques. I feel very discouraged from the school and regret my decision. I should have chosen a school more focused on education rather than money. They sure butter you up in the beginning and get you so hopeful and excited! What a scam.

This is typical of company to defend themselves. But I will be sure to place my complaints with BBB along with with my colleagues who are experience the same thing. Along with teachers names dates and specific examples of teachers bullying students verbally.
