The-Online.com review: Free cPanel with VPS Hosting - The-Online.com did not add to it

Hello, I purchased a VPS hosting plan from Online at their site www.the-online.com for $19.99 and it came with free cPanel along with the VPS.

The VPS specs are as follows:
3 GB Guaranteed RAM
100 GB Pure SSD space
3 CPU dedicated cores
cPanel
Nightly backups
Premium bandwidth
Phoenix data center
24/7 phone email live chat support

But, after paying through when I logged in to my account, I could not find cPanel added. Only VPS was showing. I contacted their support, which it answered my email in 18 minutes, but it only said, that I did not add the cPanel as an extra add on, which came free with VPS plan, in shopping-cart before checkout, that is why free cPanel was not included in the VPS. I requested them to add it to my account and my VPS. Their support was quick to add free cPanel to my vps in just less than 30 minutes. They even ringed me up to ask if I want anything else to be installed or any help in other installations. I thank them for their courtesy. Their VPS and service is far better in terms of speed, reliability, and uptime, than other vps hosting companies I've tried such as blue host, host monster, big rock, chicago vps, hudson valley host, ram node, known host, etc. I've no other complaint regarding the working of my VPS at Online.

But I want to point out to them, and other customers who buy cPanel VPS hosting from Online, that please do add free cPanel in shopping-cart with VPS. Or else you'll need to open a support ticket to add it later on.
