I met with Mr. Richard Leericks, CEO of Swiss Management Office in Diegem Belgium in late February 2011. At the time Mr. Leericks agreed to work toward securing an investor for my business project. He initially requested a 30, 000 USD retainer on a 60 day contract but when we indicated we did not have that much in liquid funds available he and his protege Mr. Samuel Cummings agreed to a 10, 000 USD retainer and an additional 3, 000 USD to open offshore bank account for investment funds to be delivered into. This agreement was done in writing and signed by both parties with the guarantee that our 13, 000 USD would be fully refunded to us if SMO was not able to source the funds for our project. For three months which was one month more than our signed agreement we got nothing but misinformation and the run around from both Mr. Leericks and Mr. Cummings and no funding was obtained and we heard a lot of BS. I requested a full refund at the end of May and to make a long story short still have not received all of my promised refundable retainer back and it has been 10 weeks today since I cancelled this arrangement and requested a refund. These guys are full of it and running a smoke screen scam and probably investing the money you give them in other things similar to a Ponzi scheme and then giving the runaround when you try to get your refund so they can continue to hang on to your funds longer. Stay away from giving any retainer to this company as this has been one of the most ridiculous experiences of lies and deceit that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with

It has been brought to our attention that Mr. Paul Paich and Mr. Gary Morton from Ld Media Entertainment Group LLC (USA) have been conducting an abusive campaign to destroy the valuable image of Swiss Management Office Gmbh. It is of high importance to note that no where in the present complaint Mr. Paich and Mr. Morton point out that more than 60% of the retainer has been refunded to them so far. At the request of Mr. Paich these funds were sent to his mother Mrs. Diane Anater in Oroville, California (USA). We have evidence to prove the above statement. Dealing with Ld Media Entertainment Group LLC has been one of the most ridiculous experiences for Swiss Managament Office Gmbh, who does not solicitate customers or clients. These individuals and company were introduced to us by referal. As of the present, Swiss Management Office Gmbh is currently reviewing all existing and past brokerage and representative agreements. The acceptance of solicitations from customers will become more selective.
We are currently on vacation and will resume normal business activities on September 5, 2011.
On September 5th, after consultation with our lawyers appropriate action will be taken towards Mr. Paul Paich and associates. Swiss Management Office Gmbh is ready to refund the remaining balance of the retainer providing that Mr. Paich clarifies the true intent of this negative campaign against Swiss Management Office Gmbh. Swiss Management Office Gmbh has spent over 16, 000 euros on lobbying for their project. This is far above the expenses they claim they have encountered. Regardless of the last statement Swiss Management Office was and still is ready to refund the remaining balance no later than September 6th providing that a mutual agreement is met between all parties and that Mr. Paich stops these vain and unjustified assaults against Swiss Management Office Gmbh.

Yes it is true after 2 plus months of waiting I finally received a couple of payments and it was like pulling teeth. Here we are 13 weeks after my cancellation and I am still owed over 5400 USD that I was promised back after I cancelled. I was promised a full refund of which the balance I still have not received. Once I receive the rest of my promised refund I will gladly post on here that it has been paid back in full but that doesn't cover my own expenses of having to follow up daily with international texts and phone calls that have now cost me in excess of 400 additional USD. I just want Richard Leericks and SMO to back up their guarantee and pay me back in full. Come on Richard and be a man of your word. I expect a full refund on September 5th or I have some additional documentation I will be happy to post here proving my points as truth. September 5th is your day of reckoning Richard. I expect the full balance to be processed back to me on that day. PP aka Lemmy1

In addition I had requested on a number of occasions for Mr. Leericks to provide me with copies of the receipts for his expenses of 16, 000 plus euros which I have never seen so I have no proof of any sort that he did anything on our behalf except hang onto our money and reinvest it or collect interest on it. I have signed documentation from SMO promising the full 13, 000 USD be returned to me and as of today I am still owed over 5400 USD so contrary to what Mr. Leericks wants to state the full amount has not yet been returned to me. On September 6th if my full refund is not back to me I have some additional documentation I will upload to this site to prove my case in point and then some.
