Greetings, I am interested if anyone knows of any lawyers that are inexpensive and are willing to take on the Department of Revenues State of Florida?
I have gone to the child support office here in Jacksonville 3 different times on the same situation ( case) . Each time I go to the office they say the case has been closed, why I have turned in all the paperwork and they closed the case. There has been a paternity and it has been established that he is the father. Why is it so easy for some people to obtain a case, but not others? I have called the main office and yet still nothing. I am originally from GA and they are able to fill out there application online and complete many other request online. Why is it the suppose to Sunshine State isn't able to even look at anything online? I even reached out to the media in regards to my case, because this is ridiculous . I work hard I work 10 hour shifts to take care of my family why can't I get the assistance that I am required to get.
I been in leesbur, orlando, kissimmee never try to contac or make the other person pay but in the moment they get him they tack there tax for what he own and they been holding that money for 3 month know and my kids dont have a cent from that saying they want totack to him if they dont tack to him they will stay with that moneyvery unfear to me there stilling kids money they suppost to be in jell for this this is call still if u do this u will endup i. Jaill we need to get or law right
