Smilox.comThey sold me a defective product

Ordered a toothbrush from Smilox and it didn't work! I wasn't able to find their contact phone number so I sent them a message via their online form and asked them to contact me as soon as possible. They replied with a short message and said "no returns and refunds".
I tried to explain that their product did not work, but they didn't actually care!
I lost my money and couldn't use my new toothbrush.
That kind of service is absolutely unacceptable. They sold me a defective product and refused to take any responsibility. Never again!
