SFL Nutrition Acai Berry

This is a total scam! I ordered the trial version for $3.95. I called on 12/1/08 to cancel the order and spoke to a Customer Service guy by the name of Mike at [protected]. He assured me that the order had been canceled and said I would get a confirmation email the same day. Well it has been a week now and I am still waiting. I have tried calling every day thereafter and can not get through. No answer and all voicemail boxes are full. I did get to leave a message at one point, but that also was not returned. My order was suppose to have been canceled on 12/1/08 yet my credit card got charged $87.13 on 12/2/08 and I have yet to receive any more product. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and I am calling and making a police report for fraud today so I can take that to my bank and file a fraudulant charge report and hopefully get my money back. I will never order anything from this place again! Highly unprofessional!

I ordered the "free" trial on 8/6/09. It's now 8/19 and I still haven't received a package. I sent two emails threatening to sue and two phone calls to cancel (before my trial period ended). I finally got through to someone on the phone and so called cancelled. She gave me her call name (they never use their real ones) and a confirmation number for my cancellation. She stated that the emails are auto-generated and she could not send one directly to me. She also gave me the name of the company (I hope it's correct) Barry Folgers, Inc., 314 East Dania Beach Boulevard, #117, Dania Beach, FL 33004. Of course, she sounded like she was from India. They won't be able to scam me because I ordered from an unrefillable debit card that had only enough for the $2.49 shipping amount, they only had my last name, not my first, and a partial delivery address (building but not the suite number) that was not at my home. The Terms and Conditions state that their shipping time cuts into your trial period, so ppl need to read all the facts before ordering.

I ordered the trial version for $3.95. I was shocked to find a charge of $87.13 on my card and then 10 days later I had a second charge of $87.13. I called to cancel the orders and request a refund. I also called my bank and filed a dispute. I was told I would get an email in 3 days regarding my refund. It is now 14 days later and I still have not gotten an email or a refund. I did get RMA # and have sent back both shipments. I am now owed $174.26. My bank said they have to wait 30 days after the returned product is received before they can take action. THIS COMPANY IS SNEAKING AND THE WAY THEY DO BUSINESS IS UNETHICAL. I learned my lesson. I will NEVER give another company my card to pay for shipping for a"'FREE PRODUCT".

I have had the same experience...

I ordered the trial version for $3.95. I called to cancel the order and spoke to a Customer Service who told me that the order was cancelled. The the next month I received a charge on my account for $87.13. I can no longer reach the customer service people, they won't answer and the mail box is full. Go to your bank and file a dispute. They will refund your money to you and go after the debit. They are not allowed to withdraw any funds from your account without an approval from you.

I ordered the trial bottle a month ago. Today another bottle arrived in the mail for $94.57! I called my credit card company to dispute the charge and cancelled my credit card, but of course I can't get a call through to the company to express just how mad I am. This company is UNBELIEVABLE. Someone should go to jail.

SFL Nutrition Can't get through to cancel future orders

I ordered Colon xR free trial on 15 Nov 2008. They sent me an email on 25 Nov 2008 saying they had just shipped the order. I received the order on 1 Dec and then found out this company is a scam. I have tried dozens of phone numbers to try to cancel receiving any future shipments of the product. All lines either go dead or I am on hold for 20 or more minutes and then get disconnected. The name that was charged on my credit card is T cleanse. I did a search online to see if I could find a phone number and still no luck. I sent an email to [protected]@sflnutrition.com today 3 Dec to cancel any future shipments. I only have 5 more days until the 14 day free trial expires. Has anyone else been charged by T cleanse. The email I received was from ebizprogram.com
Also, when I try to get to the Colon xR free trial, it is now called Colon Clean system. I guess they just keep coming up with new names as people find out this is a fraud.

First of all, It is not a free trial offer! They failed to mention to me that my account would be charged $78.84. I was standing at the pharmacy with a very sick infant, and could not get her medicine. Well long behold they took that money out of my account. Then I tried to call the number listed on the product and there was no answer! So now I am stuck with a product that does not work, and a very sick little girl.

I have had the same problem when ordering this product. I did the online free trial and was not aware of the future charges. As soon as I tried to make the purchase I received a call from my credit card company telling me that there were a lot of complaints. I did not take this into consideration before I made the order. I wish that I would have now. I made the oder and waited in the mail. After getting this product, I looked at the fine print to find out that there would be future charges if I did not cancel the product. I tried to call the 888 number and do the online chat for customer service. None of this worked. All that happened was the same thing that happened above. Was on hold for 45 minutes and then disconnected. The future calls were just dead after about a few seconds. I think that this is a scam. I usually look at the complaint website before i make a purchase online. I didn't think anything of it because it was only 6 bucks. But, I know now not to make this mistake again. I tried the other number that was mentioned above as well with the same result. I do not know where to go with this issue. I had to cancel my credit card to keep from receiving any future charges. This is the only way that I knew to get rid of this thing.

I also ordered the free trials for total cleanse (aka colon rx) and acai-aslim. I was charged $80 by acai-aslim, I called to inquire and was told that if they did not hear from me in 14days they would automatically charge me the full amount. Apparently this was indicated in the terms and regulations - which is my fault for not recognizing and am willing to pay for my ignorance. I also learned they automatically charge $40 each month unless you call and cancle - which I did. I'm hoping they do not charge me again, however I did notify my credit card company. I have been charged only $6 for the colon rx, however I'm sure that is likely to change soon. I have notified my credit card company as well, and will dispute the transaction when it applies to my account, as I, too, am unable to contact this company. Thank you all for your comments and Good Luck!

I ordered total cleanse and and acaci berry. I have received the total cleanse but like u I am unable to get thru to cancel the future shipments. I have not receive anything from acaci, but have had a withdrawal from my account for 29.95 from a fit company. I did get them and they returned my money. The acaci berry people call me but when I try to talk to them about cancelling future orders they hang up. I have been unable to send an email to "Support@sflnutrition.com". I am cancelling my debit card because there is no way to know what company name they might use for a withdrawal. I am also reporting this to the attorney general in my state.
I may not be the smartest person in the world, but why is google still promoting these ads? When I googled "Support @sflnutrition" and found these comments, there are still ads promoting these companies. Where do we complain?

SFL Nutrition Acai Berry

I ordered this Acai berry product and then decided to cancel when I could not get the phone number to work they provided. I had to cancel my credit card and have another one reissued so I would not be charged every month. I called my bank and they gave me a number for the SFL Nutrition company. I called and it this number actually works. [protected]. I called after hours so I can not promise this is the exact one that you will need to cancel but at least this number you get someone to answer the phone.

This is a scam! after cancelling the trial within the 15 day period and being told repeatedly that my account would not be charges I was charged $88.62 plus and international fee. Attempting to resolve this issue with the only nubmer of contact "customer service" is a joke. I have been hung up on each time I call. After much effort I have found a phone number for SFL Nutrition at their web site sflnutrition.com. I have also notified my bank, they were helpful in initiating the process to reverse the charges and to charge this company with Unauthorized Charges. I will fight this to the end and would appreciate any advice...

I fell for this scam also, They tried to tell me that I agreed to their terms and conditions, bull ###, I never saw ANY terms and conditions, and I would never have agreed to them if I had seen any. On 11/05/08 I was charged $3.95 for the free trial of Easy 30 day thin, on 11/12/08 I was charged $ 5.95 for a free trial of V Cleanse, I ordered both of these on the same day. On 11/13/08 I was charged $29.95 from Fit Factory. I have no idea why they wanted anything from me but apparently it is a monthly deal I signed up for when I ordered these free trials, I never saw anything pertaining to Fit Factory. These people refunded my money on 11/17/08 after they understood I knew nothing about them or why they were charging me for something I didn't order. I don't even think I had gotten the free trials by then. On apx 11/18/08 I get a charge of $89.31 from Slim Tabs, I go to my bank after arguing with some woman with an Indian accent (not American Indian) she absolutely refused to give me a refund, when I get home I looked up Slim Tabs and called their number and that lady told me I needed to make my bank aware that this is a scam-fraud, which I did. Then I called the number back that I was trying to get the refund from and a man with an Indian accent answers this time and after we discussed it for a few minutes he gives me a confirmation number and released the hold on my bank, he told me they were Extreme Acai Berry, I got no answer when I asked him why were they using the name of slim tabs and let him know of my conversation with the actual slim tab people. Now for the rest of the story, you thought it was all over didn't ya. lol lol On 12/05/08 I get a charge for $78.84 from Easy Body Detox, I call the number, a man with an Indian accent answers the phone. After much arguing, him refusing to give me a refund, me reminding him that we had this same discussion last month, him denying it was him, me telling him I have already alerted my bank to his scam, thats how it sits, we will see if he releases the hold on my bank on monday. I asked him what the charge was for and he told me Total Cleanse, I asked him what is your company name and he told me SFL Nutrition. That is when I googled it and found all of these complaints. No mater what he does, I am still going to persue this to the bitter end, that ### needs to be put out of business. I will be canceling my debit card and get a new number on Monday morn. I saw on one of the letters of complaint a number for the Boca Raton Police Dept. Internet Crimes Division [protected] lets all call and complain about SFL Nutrition and get this guy and his cohorts. All of this over 2 free trials, why didn't I have enough sense to cancel my debit card last month. lol lol There are 6 different names used just on mine, wonder how many other names he is going by.

After ordering their product on line through a VERY confusing web site, I was shoked to receive a second bottle of pills I didn't want or order. I returned the bottle and cancelled my order in Dec 08 and as of Jun 09 I have still not received my refund! I've talked to them on several occations and they tell me that their records show that they have issued a refund, but my bank tells me otherwise.
We need to look into a class action lawsuit against these people!

My complaint is the same as others. There is no way to contact this agency and they keep sending stuff and charging your account. I finally went to the bank to cancel my debit card which is the only way to stop this scam from going on, and on, and on. I feel ashamed I fell for this as I only looked at the fine print after I got a charge on my card for over $88.00. I felt it was fair I was charged the $88 since I failed to read the fine print, but it is wrong to not provide a legitimate way to get a hold of them to stop futher shipments. But, I guess that is why it is a SCAM ! I feel sorry for the others who have fallen into this trap. This company must be stopped. I also contacted the Better Business Bureau.

I purchased a trial order of this product. I tried unsuccessfully to call and cancel. I finally reached someone later than the 15 days as it is set up to happen. I spoke with a Dan who told me to return the unused portion of the Acaiberry tea plus product and I will be given a full refund of the $88.62 that was charged to my account. I sent an almost full bottle of product and when I called for my refund I was told that I could not get a refund! Now I am out of my money as well as the product! I was on the line 45 minuites with an incompentent non-english speaking representative who kept putting me on hold. I am still awaiting my refund from this return that I was promised. Please do not purchase this product it is a scam!

Many have been ripped off like myself. The $8.95 trial bottle turns into $95 a month. You cannot return after 15 days, and there is a 70% restocking fee. The company is represented by a lawyer, Mark B Goldstein, at 2700 North Military TRail, Suite 130 in Boca Raton, 33431. SFL Nutrition LLC was founded in Oct 2008 no doubt to cash in on the gullible. The members of the LLC are Juan Zuetta, Vladislov Skoro, and Anthony Pellegrino. This information was obtained from the public Secretary of State of Florida website. Whether the product works as promised is beside the point. With 90% certainty I can tell you is nutricuetical BS. The company's practices are aggressive and preditory and I will submit a complaint to the FL Sec State office as well.

I purchased two products under the assumption there would only be a $5.95 charge for shipping. I was then charged for $78.84 on my credit card. There was no where in the website that stated I would be charged the $78.84. This is a total scam. I urge everyone to never purchase anything over the website. They come back with charges that you never were told you would be responsible for. These people need to be put out of business once and for all. There is no excuse for this.

I was able to cancel my order by canceling the debit card I used to order it in the first place. It's not that hard. Just call your bank. Wells Fargo said they have to do this sort of thing all the time. They also offered to dispute any charges that may appear on my new account since I notified them BEFORE the 14 days was up.

This company is a sham. I tried for days to cancel my order as well.

The saddest part...I'm constipated! The product is an imposter.

I ordered a trial product for $5.95. I have now been charged $78.84 and $84.79 for two separate bottles. I have called and after an hour on hold canceled and received an RMA to return the 84.79 bottle. I returned the bottle and they say they have not received it yet. After three phone calls and talking to people that are very hard to understand I get the gist of what they are saying I have been charged for. The 78.84 was for the trial bottle that I did not cancel during a 15 day period. I did not see this on the website where I ordered the bottle. The 84.79 was a second bottle and they will only refund 70% of that after they receive it. Obviously the trial offer was 5.95 shipping and then you are charged the remainder if you do not call in within a 15 day period. Once again, I did not read this on the website. I was told by a rep named Ann on 6 Jan 09 that she was refunding me credit card for both bottles. This has not happened. I have now been told today 12 Jan 09 by a rep named Shene that she has refunded $78.84. I believe this company is ripping people off and they are probably getting great financial gains from doing so.
