Tried to cancel an account with a website linked to sbw, i got an erro msg saying i didn't enter a password, but at no point was i given an option to enter a password.
I emailed support, and google bounced it back because their support email address doesn't exist.

I tried to call and tell them that my debit card was charged by them and the lady on the phone told me that they were not aloud to transfer my call to anyone and that they could not refund the money the charged (79.99) because they did not do refunds. The lady continued to get upset with me and ended up saying that I was a coustomer that did not read the terms and conditions and that I was not telling the truth. My bank stopped the charges and we are currently in dispute with them.
