Salute Visa Gold Card/Urban Trust Bank / closed my account still billing me won't send me a statement

It all started this past year when I asked for my credit report because I wanted to buy a home or car but I wanted to see my credit report first after I was turned down by a credit card knowing that i was paying all my bills on time. I saw Salute Gold Card Visa Closed my Account 30 months ago longer now even though I have been paying them on time through my bank account same as I do all my bills. But I started looking back to check my statements etc. been getting for all other cards but not Salute so 2 or 3 months ago I called to see about sending me one and of course I got one after the first and I had already sent in the money again and again, then a couple days ago they said to put in my account #no such account same as it had done the last two times so when I put in my ss# I got customer service first a Catherin wrong answer, so I asked for someone from the bank said I was not aloud to talk to talk to them, talk to her boss Steve still said could not talk to Bank and if I wanted statement they were going to charge me 5 dollars, for my statement I said no, I then told them I knew this was being recorded so do not erase it but to give it to their Boss and until I hear from them I will no long send them money since I was never told that this account was closed but I have been paying them money. I will send info only needed to. Thank You

    Yes I asked and I had them to repeat the info they had first and it was the same and correct. But i do not know the balance of something or could it be already paid for I mean it has been over 2 years when they closed it and said to keep paying and I did and I proved that by the credit report but I never paid less then 20 and no more then 40 per month, with no statement and I had been ill in the past 2 years or could be longer but all my bills concerning my credit cards I paid More then what they asked or and always paid on time. I have a automatic spell check added to my computer. Please tell me how can someone pay or even know how one owes if they refuse to let you talk to the bank where the money is to go, and why or what are they hiding from the people who they say want to Keep Good Credit? Why are they refusing to give me the phone number or from what I have read on their web site about how they are charging for cards that these people paid off so I am not the only one upset with these people who say they represent the Salute Card that has been in business and then off again in business. Thank you, Like I said I have other credit cards and I feel they should send me a free statement each month oh if or not I owe and now I feel that maybe something is fishy on this card.
