Matt DeMario was, without a doubt, the worst recruiter I have ever worked with. Was super hot about a position he contacted me about, although didn't have a job description to provide me. Recommended I get a couple references to him ASAP. Two days later, having not heard from him, call to see if he received my references. He made some lame excuses about how busy he was, and the client not calling him back, and he didn't even know if he received my email with my references. Clueless! Go find a decent recruitment firm to work with; this is not one of them.

Roc Search somehow find your contact details, mobile number, email address, and approach you by phone call with job opportunities WITHOUT any job descriptions.
They will ask you "to proceed with new positions, we need the reference from your previous manager's name and his/her contact details".
After the phone call, they will send you an email ONLY asking you to send your CV and your previous manager's contact. Of course, no job description provided at this stage.
After all, you never get any feedbacks nor job opportunities.
