Hi Joanne,

I am very disappointed that you have not found time to reply to my messages.

I am please to let you know I have cancelled my payments & will not be attending Virgin Gym on the basis of your poor customer service.

I will be forwarding this letter as a letter of compliant along with the emails you failed to reply to your head office.

To Virgin Active,

This letter is to notify you of my dis satisfaction of a situation that has recently occurred AT Virgin Active Essex Road..

After returning from a long vacation of 2 months in June to Virgin Active Essex Road I realised that my personal trainer Fabian Brown is no longer employed at the gym. I called Fabian because I felt we had a good relationship as far as PT was concerned and a verbal commitment that I would take up personal training up on my return to the gym in June.

I was totally surprised to hear Fabian has been dismissed due to personal training a client on 3 different occasions in the month of March without payment. I am very concerned because I am lead to believe this client was myself and at no point have I been approached to verify such allegations. Fabian like many of your other PT has offered me aid/ assistance whilst training at the gym. Fabian was offering motivation to returning back to PT up on my return from my vacation. I personally viewed this as good customer relation/ managing the welfare of your client to ensure they receive the correct PR/ PT.

I am very concerned about this situation and feel that I personally have been manipulated and a rash decision has been made by an individual without any correct procedure or deliberation.

Now I have no PT of my chic thus having to look elsewhere for Personal Training Session because my trust and faith with Virgin Active Essex Road management and professionalism is in question.

I look forward to a prompt reply to my letter ensuring all points are covered.
