Rezn8 offers loan modification services with guarantee of full refund if they can't do it. $3995 for the 1st mortgage and $500 for 2nd mortgage. Payment of $2500 at signing of the contract, $1495 a month later, the remaining to follow shortly after. After 3 months, they forced us to move forward with litigation or case to be closed. Additional of $3500 is required to move forward. After i refused to sign their new contract or to move forward with litigation, they closed my files unilaterally. A week later, they called me again and tried to get me to sign a release of obligation of their firm (and i thought they closed my file? They actually sent me a letter of termination.) 3 weeks ago, they offered me a new contract deal where i will release them of all obligation under the old contract in exchange for a new submission of my files. It's been over 6 months, this firm has not been able to produce any results. My lender doesn't have much record of any work they claimed done. Their staff members are incompetent and unprofessional. They continue to come up with strategies to get more money from you without performing much work. They refused to refund any money. I know of a dozen other people of their clients who are currently in the same situation as me. Please do not work with this company.

I'm still trying hard to get my money back (wish me luck). If you haven't talked to the DA's office posted above, please do to help us put them away. Rick Monge [protected] or rick.monge@acgov.org. They currently partner up with Jessica Rauff (attorney) who has no experience in loan mod or lender litigation. Don't sign up with her either to save yourself some headache. Good luck with all of you who involved with Rezn8 at this time. Hopefully you can find some solution to your loan mod soon.

p.s. i'd like to get update from everyone of what's going down w/ Rezn8 please. Thx.

Take Rezn8 Financial to court. We won a judgement against them in small claims court. They jerked us around for 10 months then wouldn't return our money and tried to get us to pay them more money for litigation. Don't let them get away with this. They prey on people like us that are in a distress situation. Win your dignity back. Don't go away and let them take your money!

I to have had a bad experience with Rezn8, and the staff and the so called lawyer Jessica Rauff. Out a lot of money and a house and much more. What to do? They wanted more money and we did not have it. Paperwork was never sent to Chase and I am not sure if Chase and Rezn8 had something going. I trued to call and send emails and nothing is returned, they fell off the face of the earth. I will contact Rick Monge at the Alameda County DA office and do what ever it takes to place them all in jail.

I am another victim of Rezn8 fraudulent practices. I paid them $5500 for a loan modification. With no success with loan modification from Chase after 6 months I asked for a cash refund for their failure to provide their services. The day I called their office to demand refund I was told that they were put out of business by the banks. They told me that they would offer their attorney to me at no charge so I could be part of their class action lawsuit against Chase for preditory lending practices. I have been working on a loan mod. for almost 2 years, Chase closed my file last week and they said they have no record of any communications with Jessica Rauff, Atty. The loan mod. paperwork that was sent to me by Chase that Jessica said she negotiated I was told never existed. Jessica does not return my phone calls or email. I have contacted Rick Monge at the Alameda County DA office. I will do anything I can to help put these flakes in prison.

Unfortunately I am also a victim of Rezn8 [censor] artist, well rehearse fraud
with a license to steal.
The same here I got the letter of termination just a day after I was a having
a good conversation about my loan modification with one of their associates
and there it was “you have been terminated our services has been render
and we have no further obligation as now your file has been close.
I was out of town for about a month when I came back there it was
I was naïve in thinking this can’t be than I saw on TV that no one got any result
But just before it hit the 10:00 news I got an email from Jessica Rauff Attorney
Reassuring all loans modifications are still in progress and along with litigation
against the lender.

I used to work for these [censor] and was just as confused as to what was going on as our clients were. We were told to say certain things and that not to worry and just sign up as many people as we can. As soon as I noticed the people I signed up or helped sign up werent getting refunds or anymore help with their files I had to leave, not to mention the mental drain and deep depression this company has put me in. Im sorry to all that didnt get a refund if your loan didnt get moddified. I would love to see that place shut down and Mr. Ali put behind bars. Good luck everyone.

I think Im a victim too. Why REZN8 send you a letter that they are terminating your contract because you dont sign the paper of litigation. It looks like forcing you to do something you dont want or on undeciding process. They are asking a 1000 us dollars for filing group litigation against chase. Kind of fishy specially when I read this comments thats why they send me a letter of End of Contractual arrangement which there attorny recommend. Lets work together to put this guy down...

Hmm...I am happy I came across these posts. I too am a victim of these people. They seem to be able to structure it so you don't get your modification while they continue to push you to sign up for litigation. Each time I have received the papers re the litigation, or talked to them about it, it sounds kind of fishy. Despairing of getting my money refunded, I was ready to go for the litigation. But, even though they have tightened up the papers, there are too many openings into your wallet. I'd like to hear the latest on them. They showed me a filed complaint against Chase dated June 8 and said I could be added to the class action, but when I looked in my email I couldn't find the copy of the complaint.+

Rezn8 Financial is being investigated by the DRE for several reasons. They will NOT refund you your money, instead, they will push you to go to "litigation" against your bank with one of their attorneys and make you fork out another couple thousand dollars. YES the Fremont PD and FBI were there and hopefully they will be shut down and stop scamming us. Dont even bother complaining to the manager, she was extremely unprofessional and rude. Dont answer the mail they send you to your door, I did and I was SCREWED! If you recieved some mail from them and are thinking of signing up, DONT! You will drain out your savings only to come to a dead end. Why this company is still operating is beyond me. I'm going to talk to the DRE and everyone else who was screwed by them should too. Im glad they are under investigation, one stop closer to being shut DOWN!

I have a wierd experience with Rezn8. yes they did do my modification, with great results. But here is the problem I had. I had to have my lawyer make contact with them to make sure things got done. I made them give me weekly updates on my modification and i wouldn't pay them until they completed certain items. With all that being said, they are still rip off artist.

I went down to their location to give them a copy of the final paperwork from my bank, but when i got there, the place was crawling we Fremont PD and FBI. I was interviewed by the police and the FBI. They let me know I was one of the lucky ones. They had a search warrant and were taking all the files and PC from the building. Meaning this, if they were working on soming for you, you are screwed in getting your docs back, the FBI now has them and they will be used as evidence.

I am sorry for all the hard working people the got taken by these people.

Rezn8 Financial Services operates as if they have a license to steal. “Yframe” above is absolutely correct. People turn to companies such as Rezn8 to get help with loan modifications. Rezn8 takes full advantage of customers in their time of need. Rezn8 promises great results than hits you with a bunch of fees. They take your money and run. Their employees tell each customer as they come through the door, if we can’t get you a loan modification you will get a full refund. Unfortunately that is a lie and they do not honor their contract with the customer. If your lender won’t budge, Rezn8 offers to have their attorney push the lender to motivate them. Just another tactic to get more money from their cliental

These bandits should be avoided at all costs.

We are in the same situation. We were originally contacted by RezN8 for a loan modification and were told by two different managers that if they were not able to modify our loan we would be refunded the money. They cashed our checks, and then a few weeks later told us that that policy was false and that the people we had originally talked to had been fired for lying to clients. We are very upset and would like to rectify this situation.
