Pune Municipal Corporation, Pune / Wrong property tax levied!

There are around 20 flats in B.U. Bhandari Hillside Phase -I Hsg Co-op. Soc., Baner, Pune. The completion certificate and hence the property tax was levied way back in 2003. To our astonishment all 2 BHK flats (10) got the bill of 1 BHK (10) and vice versa. Since then one of the owners have written and filed many complaints, met the officers, but of no use. The same rate tax is still levied. When asked few days back, it has been said that the file which contained all the documents belonging to our society is missing. So, they have to do the inspection since start and it will take time.

Isn't it GREAT?? God save these people. PMC Commissioner must intervene in the matter.

I am a resident of Bharati Vihar Society at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Katraj, Pune 46.
There are auto people standing & seating(on illegal bench) in front of the society building gate. They seat there whole day stair at the college girls there. They litter & spit there only spreading the germs & Infectious Diseases. They are also carrying out illegal construction there. The people in Bharti Vihar Society families cannot even see out of their windows because these people are always there in the front. I have logged a complaint in the police.

Another thing PMC few days back demolished the illegal constriction by shop keepers. But they did not demolish the illegal shops/constriction for the local Mochi, which these people use to seat whole day. And still there is lot of illegal construction which is not demolished because these people are close to politicians.

The owners of terrace flats are constructing sheds without proper authorization from the authorities of Statebanknagar coop society at Upper Indiranagar.They have not taken permission from PMC also.

I wish to bring to your notice the illegal building and construction Activity being carried out along the main road in Survey Numbers 51 and 52 Bhairavnagar and Dhanori Road under the judistriction of Sangamwadi Ward office

Sir most of the construction being carried out along the main Bhairavnagar road is without proper permission from the concerned PMC department However Corporation officials of Sangamwadi are not taking action in spite of repeated reminders of the same Sir these officials are not acting either because they have either been bribed or they are under political pressure

Sir it is very important to note that there is a ban in place by PMC and Central Government Organization (R and DE) to prevent construction within 100 meters of the Defence Organization however this ban is being violated blatantly in Bhairavnagar area

Sir what use is egovernance and complaints via website when no action is being taken in spite of several complaints in the past What is worse is the complacent attitude of PMC employees in Building Permission Department in Sangamwadi Ward Office. Both Building Inspector and the Engineer are very slack about their roles and responsibilities They do not exhibit any professionalism in their duties and have chosen to sleep over their duties and have failed miserably in their duties

Last but not the least if action is not forthcoming from your good offices I will not have any choice but to approach the press NGOs and the judiciary so that this blatant violation of rules will stop

Sub : Violation of Fire Safety Rules and illegal construction

Respected Sir

Kaveri Building Plan has been passed by BMC on the basis of fire-safety Norms is taken care of, and “A plan is not passed if it does not fulfil all criteria laid down by the law.” Now Kaveri B has openly violated fire safety rules, and the reason Maybe, there is some kind of lack of awareness or misconception regarding the rules, I request committee to identify and examine the buildings which is not fire-safe. And take necessary steps against the flat owner, because the gangway has a narrow escape roads that do not allow fire service equipment to get close when there is a fire, as the owner has covered the emergency exit with a fix grill as you know All high-rises (buildings taller than 14.7m) must have two staircases so that there is an emergency exit, but we have only one and that is also covered with fix grill.

Also I wish to bring to your notice the illegal construction has been carried by the owner of The Flat on the 8th floor of KAVERI -B, who have constructed sheds without proper authorization from the authorities inside and outside the drainage pipe lines, which has resulted in to Non safety of my house and moreover there are people standing on the shed and it is difficult for the females to take a bath.

Last but not the least if action is not forthcoming from your good offices I will not have any choice but to approach the press, NGOs and the judiciary so that this blatant violation of rules will stop

i am resident of karvenagar. There is one house in front of us n the owner has built three storeies n given tat on rent but third storey has been made as some " satsang bhawan" . On every thursday the owner puts loud speaker n play various bhajans and they all sing loudly. The distance between my flat n that house is about 15 feet n because of loud speaker it gets impossible to talk on phone in my home. It happens not only once in week he arranges any such programs on any day he wants. Can u please help.Wot can be done to prevent him from using lound speakers ?

this is to complain against one apartment in tulja bhavani nagar at kharadi.It is buit by shah bhide associates.I had bought a flat here around 1.5 years back.On builders promise i shifted to this flat around 6 months back.the flat didn't had the basic amenities like electricity, water, boundary wall and parking then and was promised by the builder that it will be finished with in one month time.But till now nothing has been done and theres is no reaction from the builder.pls provide some solution other than going to consumer court as nothing happens over there.

I have purchased a flat in Dhaval Windscapes, Hadapsar, pune .
Dhaval Builder is a liar .He says something while selling and do something after sell.
I am giving some examples:
(1)He will say maintaince charge will be on square feet basis but after one year he chares a Lum-sum ammount.
(2)Maintaince manager (Patil) and his team will not listen to any problem of house owner.
(3)Once u have purschased a flat They don't care about any thing.

I request you not to buy any flat from this builder

Wing D is right is some extend. point no 1 is depend on the society formation and as per society rules it suppose to be on unit basis not on Sq. ft. basis. point no 2. if society is formed you people are responsible for the work you want to complete, Peoples alway want to play safe and with who cares attitude. point no 3 is absolutely right, construction of building is also not good. Material used is with low quality. so over all not up to the quality you are paying for.

I want to make u aware girls...this is a case of a PG owner who stays at Deccan..near Panchwati gaurav hotel...2nd lane...left turn...(if u happen to visit...)..Her name is Mrs. Sardesai...She's a ###...i tell u...While fixing a girl ...she asks for 5000 deposit...after giving it to her...when i called her up after 1 week or so...she asked to give 4 months advance rent i.e. 16, 000...when i asked her that i already deposited 5000...she said thats the advance rent...i asked her for the receipt...but she refused...

She is not keeping her words...n changing her decisions aain n again...!!!

Girls...I want to take appropriate action on this lady owner...She's just making excuses...!!! Please help..!!

Just want to tell u girls...dont ever go to that owner...she will reallly ditch u...1st enquire n then only go...or take a receipt always...!!!

This is a experience from existing dhavel customer and I don't want you guys to ruin your peaceful life.

i am leave in bibwewadi goav but in front of us building construction is going on but hey are not leave pleace to road for re-construction and alsow not pass plan the location problem address is :176 bibwewadi goav near juna maruti mandir pune -411037 i thing the contruction work will stop soon and they have to go towords govermentvoice . If the work does not stop so after finishing building work i can alsow ask to right of information act that way the building work is not stop

I had visited my friends place in ghorpuri goan pune kerba chawl Bharat forge road mundwa 47, I notice in the lane there was not enough place even for a three wheeler to go, in emergency there will be a big problem for the people staying there, the person who had build the lane had left enough place, but the people staying there are doing construction work with ladders out side. Which makes the are congested. Request the officer to please visit the area at least once.
